Did you hear that this location does a buffet for lunch? Table for two dine in buffets. $10.99 x 2 + 2.99 x 2 for drinks. Total was $30. It's 12:15 in the middle of lunch rush even though it's not very busy. Probably 4 or 5 tables. Walk in and seated right away by our waitress. She was moving the whole time. She was a blonde younger lady and the only one we saw not sitting or just standing around. Why is this important? Well, when we walked in, the pizza and salad bar looked old. Lettuce was old, and you could tell from what pizza was up on the buffet that it had been sitting for a long time. How can you tell???? Just look at the cheese!!!! Horrible selection out of the 6 pizza spots put out. 2 were empty, one had a single slice of cheese, 2 were old peperoni, and 2 were old deluxe. I literally took some of the old pizza just to empty one, hoping they would put some fresh food out. I understand when it's busy and you're working hard sometimes you fall behind. But that's just the problem it wasn't busy, and I saw 2 ladies just chit chatting, and then I even saw them sit down at a table with another lady. Our waitress never stood around or sat down. I don't care if you sit down and slack off as long as your buffet is fresh and kept up. It definitely wasn't. I loved the buffet at Pizza Hut in Pratt Kansas. But this one in Hutchinson was the complete opposite. It's probably the worst pizza hut we have ever had and some of the worst food we ever had to pay for. 😒 Ken's pizza across the street is much better and includes a drink. Better selection, fresh food, better salad bar, and just kept up much better than this pizza hut. I would recommend the pizza ranch, Ken's pizza, Gambinos, and almost any other pizza place in Hutchinson before this one. We were so disappointed, and we definitely won't be back. Our younger blond waitress could tell we were far from happy. The other people that came in after us were going to eat the buffet before they looked at it and decided to order off the menu. Another couple behind us did what we did and just shook their heads. They decided to ask for a certain kind of pizza to be put out because it was awful. $30 for two people to eat nasty food. Pictures included. We strongly do not recommend this location! Our waitress was the youngest one working and the only one constantly moving. She...

30TH ST PIZZA HUT!!! I hear that door creek open 5 times during this 5 mins, looking over my shoulder, there is so much hunger, my family in the back starting to fade... but...
30th... st... Pizza... Hut... You brought me out a surprise... A free pizza! No... not any free pizza. this is, Something Happend. A nod from the hostess, neither of us exchange a word. We both know... Pizza Hut, knew how to make it right.
This Pizza Hut made a mistake last night. Then resolved this issue with some real class.
This Pizza Hut found the mistake, at some early point in my pizza's voyage. The stuffed part of the Stuffed Crust was missing!!! This is by far the most important part of any Stuffed Crust Pizza. This region of crust missing from my pizza would have been a GRAVE ERROR on your part.
Once caught, the plan to replace/remake this at a lightning quick pace of only 5-6 mins.(that's fast from start to car) The nod, acknowledgement that these issues were handled internally through their checks and balances system within truly shows that your staff is well trained and paying attention. It takes every part of an operation to make it work smoothly. I know that there are others that will slip through, but I implore you to give 30th Street Pizza Hut your business.
Thanks for dinner last night......
Read moreOrdered ahead online, for a set time the website allowed. Showed up right on time, was told they were swamped and needed 10-15 minutes. Half an hour later when I went in to check the status they had to look it up to find it, I overheard someone say "put that in NOW!" and AT THAT TIME put it in the oven, according to the lady who came to tell me where it was. 44 minutes late, after watching numerous cars arrive after and leave with their food before me, we received our order. It showed in the website that it was ready that entire time. The only time showing in the receipts, including the one printed when it was given to me, are the time or was ordered and the time it was supposed to be ready, NOT the time it was actually handed over. I get that it was the Super Bowl, and actually being made during it. I acknowledged that fact each time they pointed out they were busy. But they obviously forgot our order, and I never got any kind of apology, offer to make things right, or anything beyond using being busy as an excuse. I also know I was not the only customer who was waiting awhile on an order. If you can't guarantee your meals will be ready on time don't allow us to specify an exact time for pickup. Papa John's didn't allow orders earlier than 7pm, and our order was closer to that time than the 5:30 we...
