Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Hyde Park Township

Terrible customer service. Used drive thru one night for two different scoops of ice cream. One in a cup, on on a cone. The scoop in cup was fine, but the one on the cone not. The cone was old, after two licks the thing snapped in half, and upon picking up the pieces and pressing it, the cone crumbled. I decided to bite into a piece and that's when I truly confirmed it was an old stale cone. I go back to the drive thru and waited for one of the two male employees to assist me. One wearing a light blue polo shirt I believe looked at me about three times and ignored that I was sitting at the window waiting to be serviced. Eventually the male in the white top who originally serviced me came to the window, I explained what happened and handed him my broken ice cream cone. I wanted the ice cream ( a fresh scoop) as this one had fallen, this time in a cup. The employee takes the item and gives me the same broken ice cream scoop, with the top half of the cone in a cup. I asked the employee if he could give me a fresh scoop in lieu of what happened. He proceeds to point at a sign and says he can't. I question why, since the cone is old, the scoop hit the floor. I had a doordash delivery here some nights ago. I simply shared a request of the customer and the "manager" on duty became very rude and starts telling me "we don't do that. Just cancel the order". I didn't want to cancel the order. Just was sharing what the customer requested. A simple "we can't fulfill that request" would have been fine. He then goes on to argue me down in the drive and started saying things like "if I call the police u probably can't afford the ticket u'll have to pay because u have no money" "I'm not serving u" "why are u working, u should be at home" while pointing to my stomach (I am pregnant). Closed the window on me and walked off. I had to unassign the delivery because of him. I felt so disrespected and I had no idea why he became so personal and nasty. I was truly hurt and almost quit for the day. So rude and disrespectful. He should not work in customer service and sure as hell shouldn't be managing anyone's store...

The young lady who works the drive thru, Evelia, is extremely rude, not pleasant and is the reason why I will never patronize this location again. If I could rate service a negative number I would. Ordered a polar pizza in which I was given no bag, no napkins and had to ask for both. After asking for a bag and napkins I had to bag my item. She never offered an apology or asked if I needed help bagging my item, just rude! I had to ask for napkins twice. It is 3:45 pm and the door is locked, with no sign to direct customers to the drive-thru. I have lived in this community for 20 years and I must say this is the absolute worst service I have ever received.
