I recently placed an order through Drive Thru and the cashier as well as the manager was very rude. The cappuccino blast wasn’t blended correctly and before I reached to grab it I told the young lady at the window that it was made wrong. She ensured me it was right. So I tasted it and of course it wasnt made right. I also earned a free drink that I placed through the app wasn’t aware that I was suppose to tell them at the speaker so that was my fault but when I mention it once I get to the window the cashier tells me I should had told her. I’m ok well I didn’t know i was suppose to mention it. Then she closed the window and told me bye. So I waited and unfortunately had to hold up the drive thru line until a manager came to the window. He got very rude with me as well. I’m explaining to him that the blast was made incorrectly and that I had a online pickup. Then a second girl came to the window making very rude comments to me as I waited for my order to be corrected. The customer service that this store should have it don’t. The new ladies that they got working here are very rude. I spend my money here all the time. Every morning but I would say after this experience I will be going to another place to get coffee and ice cream for my kids. I feel tho if the manager attitude is disrespectful toward your customer then of course the workers are going to be the same way. As if they don’t care to smile or say thank you have a nice day. I have my own store I run 6 days out the week dealing with the public and customer service is a must for me. I just wanted to bring this to your attention that they have to do better. I wish I could take away the star it forces me to give you guys. It’s not just this one time I’m always spending my money here and my order is wrong. Only certain ppl know how to make what I order. Read moreThey give ABSOLUTELY horrible customer service. I purchased a tomato pesto sandwich and vanilla coffee. After 2 bites of the sandwich I knew something wasn't right so I flipped the sandwich over and found that only one side was toasted and the coffee did not have enough vanilla swirl. I walked back to location and reported the issue. I'm never rude when speaking to others and calmly explained why I was returning. The cashier looked at the sandwich, passed it to the manager, then passed to someone else. They called me to the counter to give back the same RE-toasted sandwich. I asked the manager why he would give me something back that they have all just passed around and why even put a sandwich that I ate off of back into the oven instead of re-making it--UNSANITARY. The manager(Manny), got angry and told me that I always complain and that he was "tired of me and sick of it". I had been going to that location at least 3 days per week for 10 years bc it's the only one in walking distance. I, usually, would only purchase a cappuccino blast on each visit, but would ask them to re-make it at times if not made correctly. They would try to give a shake type drink that had the consistency of water...NO. For a $6 small drink and a tip...yes, make it correctly because I'm sure not just tossing it in the trash whenever YOU get it wrong. No worries after today...I will NOT be back! I spend money where I'm appreciated as a customer and this place is not it!! ZERO STARS FOR THIS LOCATION. Read moreVERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT NIGHT!!! Do not stop at 8753 S. STONY ISLAND AT NIGHT. THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. The cashier has a very bad attitude, is lazy, and needs to cut his hair on his face. He gets mad at me because I made a mobile order that he could not fill. If this location says 24HRS, then coffee and donuts, etc, should be ready to service customers. This location is taking money from customers, and they can not get a refund. Store #336741 for customer service and survey does not exist. I visited this location on 02/01/2025 with a MOBIL ORDER #4838 at 10:32pm. The cashier refused to compensate me with items that were available. The donuts that he offered were sitting in a pile ready for the garbage. I could not believe that he was offering this display of garbage to the community. He also canceled my order. The survey code would not go through along with the store#. I took pictures of my receipt because he refused to give me a copy. When asked if he had coffee ready, he said yes. Then, after arguing with me, I tried to reason with him by purchasing ice cream and asking for my coffee. He then told me no, we don't have any coffee. At this point, he still continues to be loud and rude. He tells me he is going to cancel my order, I said good, REFUND me back my money that was spent. He told me NO again.
