I recently placed an order through Drive Thru and the cashier as well as the manager was very rude. The cappuccino blast wasn’t blended correctly and before I reached to grab it I told the young lady at the window that it was made wrong. She ensured me it was right. So I tasted it and of course it wasnt made right. I also earned a free drink that I placed through the app wasn’t aware that I was suppose to tell them at the speaker so that was my fault but when I mention it once I get to the window the cashier tells me I should had told her. I’m ok well I didn’t know i was suppose to mention it. Then she closed the window and told me bye. So I waited and unfortunately had to hold up the drive thru line until a manager came to the window. He got very rude with me as well. I’m explaining to him that the blast was made incorrectly and that I had a online pickup. Then a second girl came to the window making very rude comments to me as I waited for my order to be corrected. The customer service that this store should have it don’t. The new ladies that they got working here are very rude. I spend my money here all the time. Every morning but I would say after this experience I will be going to another place to get coffee and ice cream for my kids. I feel tho if the manager attitude is disrespectful toward your customer then of course the workers are going to be the same way. As if they don’t care to smile or say thank you have a nice day. I have my own store I run 6 days out the week dealing with the public and customer service is a must for me. I just wanted to bring this to your attention that they have to do better. I wish I could take away the star it forces me to give you guys. It’s not just this one time I’m always spending my money here and my order is wrong. Only certain ppl know how to make what I order. Or everybody that work here has a damn attitude. This isn’t everybody cause the ladies that’s been there are friendly and they smile but those new girls are very rude. Management suck. They give ABSOLUTELY horrible customer service. I purchased a tomato pesto sandwich and vanilla coffee. After 2 bites of the sandwich I knew something wasn't right so I flipped the sandwich over and found that only one side was toasted and the coffee did not have enough vanilla swirl. I walked back to location and reported the issue. I'm never rude when speaking to others and calmly explained why I was returning. The cashier looked at the sandwich, passed it to the manager, then passed to someone else. They called me to the counter to give back the same RE-toasted sandwich. I asked the manager why he would give me something back that they have all just passed around and why even put a sandwich that I ate off of back into the oven instead of re-making it--UNSANITARY. The manager(Manny), got angry and told me that I always complain and that he was "tired of me and sick of it". I had been going to that location at least 3 days per week for 10 years bc it's the only one in walking distance. I, usually, would only purchase a cappuccino blast on each visit, but would ask them to re-make it at times if not made correctly. They would try to give a shake type drink that had the consistency of water...NO. For a $6 small drink and a tip...yes, make it correctly because I'm sure not just tossing it in the trash whenever YOU get it wrong. No worries after today...I will NOT be back! I spend money where I'm appreciated as a customer and this place is not it!! ZERO STARS FOR THIS LOCATION. I have reported to corporate, but after reading all the other reviews I'm not sure if much will be done about their continuous...

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT NIGHT!!! Do not stop at 8753 S. STONY ISLAND AT NIGHT. THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. The cashier has a very bad attitude, is lazy, and needs to cut his hair on his face. He gets mad at me because I made a mobile order that he could not fill. If this location says 24HRS, then coffee and donuts, etc, should be ready to service customers. This location is taking money from customers, and they can not get a refund. Store #336741 for customer service and survey does not exist. I visited this location on 02/01/2025 with a MOBIL ORDER #4838 at 10:32pm. The cashier refused to compensate me with items that were available. The donuts that he offered were sitting in a pile ready for the garbage. I could not believe that he was offering this display of garbage to the community. He also canceled my order. The survey code would not go through along with the store#. I took pictures of my receipt because he refused to give me a copy. When asked if he had coffee ready, he said yes. Then, after arguing with me, I tried to reason with him by purchasing ice cream and asking for my coffee. He then told me no, we don't have any coffee. At this point, he still continues to be loud and rude. He tells me he is going to cancel my order, I said good, REFUND me back my money that was spent. He told me NO again. So I made the purchase of ice cream to get his register #21059 Evelia. Hopefully, this is him and not a different employee number. He really needs...

The cashier VACHAN S. was entirely not an employee who should be working there, or at least not cashiering. I walked in at 5:40pm and waited in line for about 3 or 4 minutes and was not moving (I WAS THE NEXT PERSON IN LINE). Than I said well maybe I'll use the bathroom, by the time im out maybe the line would have moved. But the bathroom still has the OUT OF ORDER sign on it that has been there for at least a month now. So now Im starting to get aggravated because I have to wait in line and I can't take a piss. At 5:47pm VACHAN finally gets my order taken, a large Ice Coffee regular cream regular sugar. Never says sorry for the wait or a hey how your doing. Doesn't hand me my drink, or tells me thank you or here you go, instead he puts it down on the counter and tells me the straws is right there and walks away... So I had to reach over the counter to get the dam straw myself. Now it was 4 associate's working at the time, one on the drive thru register, another at the baskin robbins register VACHAN and another one walking back and fourth between all 3! VACHAN should not have been working that register because he is obviously the slowest worker of the 4. My opinion. This is by far the worst dunkin donuts I've ever been to and that's a shame because I go to a lot of dunkin donuts all over. Congratulations.

We continued to go back and forth until I said if you don’t wanna make my drink then say that. But don’t say you can’t do it. That’s when he proceeds to tell me he just doesn’t wanna make my drink. I pulled up to the window and asked the manager for the name of the store manager as well as the number to corporate. He told me to google it and slammed the window shut. This kind of behavior is unacceptable! I have already contacted corporate. If you don’t want to do your job then please find another.

I’m already paying 6.50 and charged me for less ice. This location needs to revamp and get new employees and not have anyone running the location. It’s too many 1 star reviews for this location to still be the same. Please acknowledge your reviewers guys and get rid of bad employees.
