Because this restaurant is nearby and my kids like the food, we have been frequent visitors despite the slow service, less than cheerful employees and mediocre food. The last straw for me was on April 24, 2017, when I neglected to check my bag because I was in a hurry and didn’t realize until later that I was not given two of the items I purchased (a double fillet of fish sandwich and an order of fries) until later in the afternoon. When I returned to the restaurant to request the items I'd purchased but didn't receive, I encountered an associate and a manager who were rude, disrespectful, dismissive and unprofessional. This so-called manager questioned my integrity, claimed I was "giving her attitude" and refused to give me the items I should have received at the time of purchase. Apparently, these people think you have to beg them in order to receive items you’ve paid for. I have complained to the McDonald’s corporate office. Thus far, there has been no resolution. I have also filed complaints with the BBB and the Attorney General. We will not be going back. I would give it an infinite amount of negative stars if the rating system would allow me to.
Update: The owner contacted me, and we spoke at length about my experience. The employee I had the negative encounter with was disciplined, and he compensated me for the items I did not receive. I consider the...
Read moreI went through the d/t i waited like maybe 5 minutes to place my order. It was fine since i saw they had a line but when i got to the window it was 3 minutes for the gentleman to take my card once again it was fine they where busy. But here is when everything goes wrong there was another gentleman with a head set not taking orders le looked like the manager he brought a bag of food and just left it there the other gentleman was still taking orders he wasn't aware that Abad of food was behind him. While the other gentleman was just walking mind you h bad the order as well. He could came to the window and asked me what was my order but he didn't. So this time it was literally 10 minutes that I'm at the window seeing everything i paid already. So when the gentleman that was taking orders opens the window he didn't notice that it was still me and was trying to charge me for another order. I didn't say nothing cause he was working hard. So then he looks at the bad looks inside gives me the bag and he started yelling at manager. My food at this time wasn't fresh i was upset that there was no team here. I told my son for this I'm not coming back. food was cold to salty no napkins and I felt bad for the gentleman. So yeah they lost a customer... Don't...
Read more10 minute Drive thru... I never thought a 10:30pm drive thru experience could be so negative, but it was. I ordered a bag of ice with 5 vehicles in front of me and more than 5 minutes later I pay for my order and the girl hands me a bag of melting ice. When I asked for a fresh bag get response, "oh no, I can't do this. It's not that serious!" I quickly put the bag of ice back in the window before she slammed it and began to curse nee to get co-workers at which time another young lady came to the window acknowledging herself as a manager (she did have in a white shirt o-0) tried to explain away the incident saying there were cars in front of me as if that is the appropriate explanation to suck a terrible exhibition of service. I WILL NEVER RETURN to this establishment for ANYTHING! For the record, Burger King across the street ran out of ice to sell, the Burger King on 95th was closed, and Walgreen's sold out of ice so I will regard my driving back to this location as my fault. I guess I didn't really need the ice so late at night, so with that, I'll blame myself for the terrible experience at...
