For over three years now, I’ve tried to patronize this particular location, mostly due to the convenience of the location and my desire to patronize POC-staffed businesses when I can. But for over three years now, my orders, generally mobile, have either been wrong/damaged in some way, extremely late (more than 10 to 15 minutes for one or two very simple items), or completely MIA. And do not even get me started on the staffs’ generally unprofessional attitudes (not all of them, but definitely more than a few). Today, I ordered a short PSL and some egg bites. Not a tricky order. They did give me the egg bites—in a soggy, stained bag that was already starting to rip and through which I could see said egg bites. Yeah, I was gonna eat that. Sure. I asked about the ETA on my coffee. I was told it was coming right up. For the next 15 minutes, I watched quietly as other patrons were served; it seemed as though the louder and more overbearing you were, in general, the more the staff appreciated you and treated you well. There were a few others that also waited longer than they seemed to need to for their orders—we sometimes shot each other glances and shook our heads. The staff just shot me occasional stares and did nothing to help me. My perspective was that I asked about my order once, and the location wasn’t super busy at that time, so why did I need to remind them of my order? Plus, just putting it out there, I didn’t trust that they wouldn’t “tamper” with my coffee in some way if I complained. Due to the time, I eventually had to leave—empty-handed. I paid money for that order, and my treatment today as well as my similar treatment for the past three years has been disgusting and wrong, and the managers and staff of this location should be ashamed of themselves. I’m ashamed they’re in that neighborhood, as they contribute to the less-than-stellar reputation that many POC-staffed businesses already have. I will waste no more of my time on this pitiful location, never, and I will be complaining to the corporate office...
Read moreHorrible service, even worse frappes! The waiter in the drive thru was on his phone. I ordered a med caramel ribbon crunch frap and a med white chocolate mocha frap. The caramel was excessive but my guy hates to complain so he didn’t return it. I got what tasted like a vanilla shake. I came inside and told the tall female cashier what my issue was. Of course she made it my fault saying I ordered a cream something but I never did. I don’t like vanilla so cream ain’t my thing. It’s plain. I told her what I ordered and again she proceeded to explain what I received. Ugh. She took the drink and walked away. Another employee approached and asked if I had been assisted. I told her that the other lady was helping me. She said the lady was talking to her so what did I order. I told her my order and she walked away. The taller woman reappeared with a drink and handed it to me. I tasted it,again it had no coffee! I went back to the register explaining to the cashier that I wanted a refund. The drink had been made incorrectly twice and I was tired of the back and forth. The taller cashier was so disturbed that she began to explain to the situation to another customer who I can assume was an employee because she knew the staff. The new cashier explained that she was new and had to get a manager. The manager came up very professional,I explained the situation. She pointed out again that the drink was made with cream instead of coffee. I told her that I wanted the coffee! We laughed. She gave me a refund and remade the drink. I thanked her but again,the drink didn’t have coffee in it! I order this drink everyday at work so I know what it’s supposed to taste like. I appreciate the managers customer service but the coffee and atmosphere isn’t up to par. The cashiers lack professionalism and they don’t make good drinks. Hopefully it gets better but I won’t be back...
Read moreI should have taken heed when i placed my order because there was no greeting. Just "are you ready to order"..every since the mango pineapple frappucino debuted I've searched 6 Starbucks and not one store have it. So i ordered a tall, a grande, and a Venti. He asked if my order was correct on the screen, it wasnt. The rep had a tall and 2 grande drinks. I informed him the frap is a venti and he corrected it immediately. Now, I've been here for 30 minutes stuck in the drive thru. We all are just sitting in line and when I finally get to the front, they made my drinks at that moment..no apologies, no greeting, no sorry for the wait... another 5 minutes and the order was still wrong. He handed me 2 talls and a Venti. We had been in the line so long the rep asked us to pull over but we couldn't trust they would remember we were out there so my husband went inside. now inside and it's been another 12 minutes waiting for them to remake one drink..the barista stated other drinks came in and they were priority. After explaining to them we we've been waiting for so long and they messed up, our one drink should be a priority as well. A young lady stated that wasn't the case because they have to service the other customers. At this time we have been here 43 minutes, my Venti drink was horrible, they still hadnt made the drink they got wrong so they offered to refund for 1 drink which was the one they hadnt made. Very rude about it. This is the worst Starbucks ever. I'm use to coming here waiting 15 mins but usually the employees are nice about. Yesterday it was the worst display of customer service ever and either you need new employees or close it and start over. I had to go to DD to get what I needed that day and that truly sucks. Avoid this Starbucks...
