If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The service is awful, the staff doesn't know what they're doing, what's on their menu or how to stay organized. Each time I've tried to come here there's been issues with my food quality and drive thru time. Today from the minute I entered the drive thru to when I drove off it took 46 mins from start to end. The man who took my order didn't know that Mcdonalds served ice coffee and told me repeatedly that ice coffee wasn't on the menu as I was looking at ice coffee on the menu. When I pulled up to pick up my order, the girl shouted and asked me what did I order. I handed her my receipt and she kept asking me if I ordered random items while looking into bags without referencing my receipt. They gave me the wrong size coffee, which at that point I didn't have it in me to tell them anything because I wanted to get out of there. I get home and tried the coffee, and it's easily the worst ice coffee I've ever had.
I hope management cares about their customers enough to read through the consistent poor reviews this locations gets. Get better training so that your staff knows whats on the menu, make sure that you are properly staffed to handle the demand of your location and please attempt to be an organized during busy times of the day. Read moreI have been purchasing breakfast at this location for almost 3 years. At least 2twice a week I get something left off my order or just the wrong order. I call and get it put on the books and bring in my receipt. The new policy of bringing back food means I will have to hold up the line-open my food so that it gets cold or leave work and come back which is not an option. I got the wrong sandwich on 9/10 and called it in the acting manager who told me to bring in my receipt and she would put it on the books. on 9/11 I get the regular manager who was barking at me about the policy of bringing my food back. She then said she would replace the sandwich and I would have to pay for the sides and that I was talking to the regular manager and the other young lady was a training manager! I said why are you not replacing the whole meal for my inconvenience? I will only replaced your sandwich she replied you can pay for the sides. I have stock at McDonalds! I am beginning to wonder. The first of this month the lines have been extremely long and some days only cash. One day they were closed for an hour. I guess I will hold up the line and have cold Food or go across the street park and get Burger King Breakfast. Are the lines because of new trainees or the new curb side service??
