The food was ok. There's dry crunchy rice on my burrito. The experience was bad. I called to order ahead so I could just stop by and pick up the food. After the phone rang about 15x, a man answered and placed me on hold. I was on hold for almost 8 minutes before I arrived to the restaurant. When I walked inside there were no guest/customers! Just the two employees arguing! The man was screaming in Spanish at this older lady. I told the man, I'm still on hold from when I called. He replied," your right. I'm sorry, I was busy". That's it! Umm I was totally turned off and ended up only ordering a burrito. I was charged for large, which I didn't ask for. The cashier didn't put on gloves until after he saw me watching him handling food after cash bare handed! No one greeted any new comers. I saw a sign this place is under new management..well you suck! New management and customer service is terrible. Thank goodness your changing the name so as not to tarnish Flash Taco's reputation!

Read moreOkay so, I LOVE this place. I am literally there every Tuesday if no one stops me. It has gotten to the point where my whole work team knows that when Tuesday hits, they better put their order in with me by the morning to make sure they get their tacos when I get mine. My ONLY issue, and the only reason why I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because I can never reach them when I need to place a pick up order.
I've tried doing Uber Eats instead but the Tuesday special/deal isn't reflected on that menu
Don't get me wrong, I completely understand the lunch rush and the challenge of tending to phones and in person orders. However, I just don't see the point of having a "call-in" option if no one is going to tend to the call-in customers. And then for working people like me, coming in to place my order would take up my entire lunch break. The Hispanic lady says “sorry do you have a smaller bill,not enough cash in my register” If you guys are an establishment that takes cash only how do you guys not have enough money in your register to break a $100 dollar bill but charge ppl in the neighborhood a $3 ATM (not even talking about the charge to use a non-bank atm fee) surcharge to withdraw from their cards. Ludicrous. I felt like the lady made up a lie and asked me if I had a smaller bill on some discriminatory reasons. That is what a money pen is for to detect if a bill is real or not.
