Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Idaho Falls

Don't get me wrong. Freddy's makes an Awesome burger. However this location off Woodruff in Idaho Falls is something else. #1 I don't think the people making the burgers are reading the screen when they put orderes together. We have ate here several times and every time asked for no cheese on my husband's hamburger and EVERY TIME he gets cheese. You ask for one thing and get something else. Granted they always fix it by giving him a new hamburger but I wish they'd get it right for once. Tonight was 👎husband asked for a strawberry shake with his meal not custard. Well they forgot it. Some went up to check on it. They apologized and said they'd get right on it. And asked was it banana? Husband said no strawberry shake about 5 minutes later a young lady brought him is drink. Which was wrong! He got a vanilla custard 🙄 seriously. Was supposed to be a strawberry shake. It wasn't he ate a few bites of it but was unhappy because every time we go to this location they mess up his order. He could od complained but we've done that several times and doesn't seem to help. Not to mention the issue was the young staff on duty. Was about 730pm and from the moment we walked in it was loud. Not because of people but because the young staff making burgers and window orders were screwing around 🙄. Talking loud yelling over each other joking and laughing loudly!!! It finally quieted down after about 25 minutes. Not all of the staff was participating but the majority were. We got our food. Husband's burger was made correctly with no cheese. But they messed up his drink. And our fries were not hot and fresh. They'd been sitting. By this time I just wanted to eat and go home very frustrating 😒. We didn't eat our fries. Just burgers and husband and a few bits custard but it wasn't a shake and it had no strawberry flavor so it went to the trash. Everything but the burgers were a waste. Money we should of saved. Generally young staff works well. But I have noticed they work best when there is a manager watching everything. There was no adult present. And...

Spent $30 at drive thru on March 16. Order # AAAX4LEGAGDB. I Ordered 2 large fries witbefore h fry sauce, 2 lg turtle concrete's after confirming they came in bowls not shake cups) and a fish sandwich. The concrete's were give ln first a good 7 plus minutes before the sandwich and from es and no fry sauce was given. When we ate the ice cream, which was in a cup not a bowl, it was mostly melted but worse was it hadn't been blended enough or something. About 1/3 down was a ridiculously thick layer of toppings so thick you couldn't eat it without dropping of clumps of topping down your chin. At the bottom was even worse with no ice cream at all at the bottom and with the deep cup it was impossible to even scrape the topping out of the cup. The majority of what we got in both cups was mostly runny ice cream with insignificant nuts, toppings etc. I have been a frequent customer of yours since your opening and seem to be noticing a significant decrease in the quality of food and staff especially at the drive through. I don't usually get ice cream but my daughter and sister in law do. Awhile back they brought me what I was told I ordered and confirmed it was a concrete which did come in a bowl rather than a shake cup. The ingredients seemed to be correct but the quality was nothing like what I received prior. After drivih clear across town in 5 pm traffic to experience the same treat, I was extremely disappointed and so was the friend I brought with me. I've tried to call this location several times to discuss my concerns and have never had my call answered. Each time I got a machine message saying it was full and have never spoken to a live person. Best burger in my town in my opinion lol red Robin be really overated I love how the meat taste here and they just put the burgers they make together perfectly I love the number two I think it is it's a double bacon cheeseburger and it is very good in fact I'm sure everything on the menu is but I haven't tried it all because they had a very big menu with pretty alright variety for burger type foods also can't leave out there custard and ice cream the stuff is phenomenal and I love it plus they have the biggest ice cream selector I've ever seen it's like a dream come true this is definitely a spot you would go to and just keep going back I love them and am happy to rate them at 5 stars and they have some very very great customer service I must say always pleased with how I'm greeted it can be a busy place I've seen it packed full! And still got my food faster than McDonald's would be able to deliver it amazing service! They have a plethora of food and treats it's also a nice place to go on a date and it's cheap and just has a cool environment makes me feel like I went back in time when I go there sometimes a great burger place my favorite one around as I stated before haha I'll always keep going back and I'm sure anyone else would as well if you have not age here you are definitely missing out big time go in an order something!
