McDonald's — Restaurant in Idaho Falls

HORRIBLE THIS MORNING I WAS TAKING MY 16 YR OLD TO SCHOOL HE WAS DRIVING AND DECIDED HE WANTED MCDONALD'S BEFORE GETTING TO SCHOOL WE GOT THE DRIVE THRU SPEAKER THERE WAS NO OTHER CAR AT ALL MY SON STARTED TO OTDER AFTER THE MCDONALD'S worker ASK ABOUT REWARDS POINTS. MY SON STARTER TO ORDER 2 NUMBER 2 MEDIUM ORANGE JUICE AND THEN silence A FEW MINUTES WENT BY MY SON LOOKED AT ME CONFUSED AND I SAID "GIVE THEM TIME" THEN WE NOTICED A CAR WENT BY ON THE OTHER DRIVE THRU AND THEN FINALLY A VOICE SAID "ready when you are" AFTER MY SON REPEATED THE ORDER 3 OR 4 TIMES the macdonals worker STILL HAD TROUBLE HEARING MY BOY THEN I FROM THE PASSENGER SEAT SPOKE UP AND SAID THE ORDER AGAIN WICH I GUESS he HAD NO TROUBLE LISTENING BECAUSE he ASK US TO LEAVE AND THAT HE WASN'T GOING TO TAKE MY ORDER SO MY SON GOT EVEN MORE CONFUSED AND I OF COURSE GOT REALLY UPSET ABOUT THE WHOLE SITUATION WITH THIS worker HAVING TROUBLE HEARING MY BOY BUT HE WAS ABLE TO HEAR ME I WALKED IN THE BIULDING THE PERSON AT THE FRONT COUNTER TOOK MY ORDER HE WAS ALRIGHT BUT THIS PLACE REALLY NEED TO IMPROVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REALLY UNDERSTAND WHAT THAT'S ALL ABOUT this macdonals worker taking orders was very disrespectful by yelling out loud with half of his body out the window calling me "bye karen" when I was getting in my car he didn't care other customers saw him doing this childish act.... THEY SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED BY his BEHAVIOR. ugh! I work in fast food and I know he disrespected me and my boy with his unpleasant behavior this was a very disappointing experience!

NEVER TAKING MY FAMILY TO THIS...

I ordered cookies to be made fresh. They asked to me to pull forward as I was expecting since I asked for fresh. 30 seconds later they brought out room temperature, at best, cookies. I had gone back in and politely said I ordered fresh and if they were fresh made they would have been warmer. Every employee within ear shot of me looked and sounded so insulted. They said they had just made some, but the kicker is they didn't give me the cookies they made because I asked until I told them so. Dude I used to work at McDonald's, I can tell when cookies are fresh and when they're not. As can people who pay attention. Fresh = Warm and smells good and soft. Not fresh = Room temperature, can't smell it, and hard. The cookies they tried to give me should have been thrown out an hour prior. This is not the first time my order has been messed up, this is just the first I have taken to write a review. I understand they are people too, and they make mistakes. Service here in the afternoon is not horrible I've gone in a few times. But my coworkers and I have go once every couple of weeks early in the morning and we understand that their system resets at the time that we go in and our order will take longer than the usual. That's not the problem. The amount of disrespect and rudeness has left us truly speechless. It's the only place we can get a meal cheap, fast and at 3 am. The cashier has given us attitude infront of the manager and he's said nothing. And the 2nd manager a younger man we've heard complain that he's busy counting money and has to deal with our s* it's 7 of us ordering and that's all they have in the lobby at that time.
