Olive Garden Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Idaho Falls

Great pasta dishes. Menu has decent prices. But Bread sticks,salad was salty for customers. Vegetable soup is great especially with ingredients combination. But I suggest use a little less water for increase the Flavor. Also marinara sauce too. Management need more service members definitely to reduce stress on waiters. He was in rush all time until last minute we leave. I was expecting to waiter ask us like how was your food ? We were 4 person but only one of us ordered sausage type of soup. He asked only that soup how was it? Because waiter’s was his favorite soup 🤔👎. That is rude for me because he behaved like other 3 of us wasn’t even there.. We will try again another day and time. I found much different than last time. I tried different tastes. Shrimp fritto misto. It was tasty but not prepared in kitchen. Ready meal. Breaded soo salty on food. Many people confirmed there with me. Salad is amazing and not salty like last time. Alfredo sauce is so salty again. 6oz sirloin steak 🥩 is fantastic!! It comes amazing butter sauce gives another flavor. Side of fettuccine Alfredo also adding another flavor. It is my favorite food. Tiramisu is not from kitchen but local supplier. Taste of Tiramisu is fantastic Even from supplier. Table cleaning and hygiene rate is ( 4 ) great and acceptable progress making by members. Waitress was so kind smiling all time. So very disappointed with them yet again. It is very unfortunate when you say something is cooked a certain way when it isn't. The food tastes no better than microwaved frozen meals you could buy at Walmart. They are more expensive than needed and the manager is very rude. I complained about my seafood not being sautéed and would like it redone. I told the server that brought out the food that the seafood was really pale to the point it just looked steamed. He took it back then asked if I would like it remade. I said yes please. The manager came over to serve us with the same plates. She told me the seafood was sautéed their sautéers just are kept low so the food doesn't burn. But they had no color at all even on low heat if you put seafood in a pain it would get some color and the area of the shrimp that is devained would curl. None of that was prominent. Even saying that she still said that I was wrong and I went to school for this. Then when she finally took it back and had it redone, she had the audacity to say well next time if you want it over cooked then just say that. I was only trying to enjoy a dinner celebrating the fact that we have a baby on the way and I was craving seafood but can't stand the smell of cooking it myself. My fiancé said his food didn't have much flavor and the noodles were overcooked.

Will not be going back and honestly I'd rather drive an hour to Pocatello to go to olive garden if I get that craving. Wouldn't suggest...

It was INCREDIBLE! My husband and I had dinner here during our honeymoon trip on Wednesday May 25th, we had never been to an Olive Garden before and needless to say....We are DEFINITELY coming back. The staff, the food, everything made such a great first impression! Although we did have to wait for a little while (which I found understandable, considering it was busy and there were people waiting ahead of us) the hostess kept letting us know how long it will be and that they are working on it, and we appreciated the update..making sure we are helped. (I'm sorry I didn't catch the hostess's name, totally would've given you a shoutout!) Our server, Ashley, was very friendly, very helpful, and overall INCREDIBLE! She tended to more than our needs, and the expectation we had for such a classy establishment was more than just met when it comes to customer service! She's seriously so great! As well as what I assumed to be the manager checking up on us, making small talk making sure everything was okay. He was checking up on every single table and I thought that was very considerate of him. There was also another server helping Ashley out (she brought us our food and again, I'm sorry I didn't catch her name!!!) she was also helpful and very friendly.
