This was a completely awful experience. First off there is no order taker, you have to place your order yourself on a kiosk. After they called out our name we went to go get our food, when the lady behind the counter pulled the food trays back and it disappeared, we stood up there and waited when finally a customer, not even an employee came up to us with a bag of food claiming that they might have got our food since they had the same name as we did and apparently they don't use the last name initial that's required when ordering from the kiosk. So instead of rummaging through the bag since at this point we didn't even know whose food it even was, we placed it down on the counter for the employees to sort out. That didn't work at all, they stared at us like they had no idea where they even were little own what was going on with the orders being placed and going out. We repeatedly asked if the order was for Jon W. Which they could not answer, after much confusion it was determined that infact our order had gone out to the wrong customer and then brought back and was then given to us NOT EVEN BY AN EMPLOYEE BUT BY A CUSTOMER!!!!! They didn't remake it for us, instead they threw a tray at us and acted like we were inconvenient. We spent over $60 today to get treated like garbage for food that wasn't even good. I will never give any taco bell my money again, this taco bell has completely ruined it for me. That was completely unacceptable service and I refuse to pay to get treated like that. I've worked customer service for over 20 years and not a single one of your employees know a thing about customer service. There was no manager to be seen, it's no wonder why they employees don't care, there is no one there holding them accountable. The customers do more work than the employees, and were more...
Read moreI’m sitting in the parking lot in total disbelief.
We went through the drive-thru and ordered 7 crunchy tacos and 1 order of nachos. We always park in the lot and eat there since we live outside of IF, so our food would be ice cold by the time we got it home.
Anyway, we each opened up a taco to start eating and they were wrong. Opened up the rest and literally all 7 tacos were wrong.
I went inside and had to wait several minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. When someone finally met me at the counter, I showed her how all 7/7 tacos were incorrect. I showed her the receipt and how the order was correct there, which she confirmed and took back to the taco station. I heard her explain what the tacos needed (and shouldn’t have- cheese) and a second batch was made. They packaged them up and handed me a new bag, but I stood at the counter to check the tacos before leaving.
This time 4/7 tacos were wrong. I had to call out to get help again since no one is at the counter anymore. I showed the same girl that I still had wrong tacos. She didn’t say anything, just walked away to make a THIRD batch. Meanwhile I’m being glared at by a bigger guy working in the back.
The girl brought me 4 new tacos and I just took the bag and walked back to my car. 3/4 tacos were still wrong. So I basically paid over $25 for one correct taco after 3 failed attempts. My nachos were inedible by the time I was finally back at my car. They had been sitting so long they were ice cold and soggy. I’m legit afraid of having my food tampered with after the hostility I was met with over THEIR continued mistakes. I’m not going back in for a FOURTH try at tacos.
I’m out over $25 and my family has no dinner. Terrible service, terrible communication. I’ve never experienced anything like this...
Read moreDecided to go in side and Order. I have my mask on and went to a kiosk. My son did not have a mask on found the employees behind the counter yells saying he must have a mask on. My son goes back out to my vehicle and retrieve a mask. Another customer was sitting down waiting for their food. Their order came up the gentleman without a mask gets up goes the counter and grabs his food and sits back down. None of the employees mentioned anything about him not wearing his mask. When we got our order my food had very little lettuce and cheese . it was being over seasoned. My daughter's chicken quesadilla was overly Sauced and ovary salted. We sat down in the far-off corner. A customer comes in with two of his family members and the employee behind the counter near the cooking station barks out saying you need a mask to be inside. The customer says oh no and turns around to leave as the employee continues to explain the policy. The customer leaves frustrated out the door and the door bangs a little bit because the stoppers are missing behind the doors. Then I hear the the employee goes off about bashing Trump because the customer was a trump supporter supposably which the employee mentioned. The facility inside the dining area is dirty. Most of the tables. Customers sit down at or allowed to sit down at or dirty. The cinnamon twists which me and my daughter enjoy to have at a Taco Bell always tastes old and stale at this facility on Hitt. If the employees do not like serving people or working at this Taco Bell facility then they can just keep pissing off customers and...
