I've ordered juice cleanses in the past and have a great experience. This recent time, not so much. Ordered 48 hours in advance using the clean juice app for 2 (3 day cleanses) and when I arrived for pick up, they literally had no stock, so much so that I would only be able to do a one day cleanse. They couldn't figure out a way to refund my money so I could just do a partial cleanse so my only options were to cancel and reorder. Not interested in paying an additional $115 when I already spent $183. So disappointing. A lot of time and prep is carved out of people's schedules when planning to do a 3 day cleanse, all waisted now. Why don't you call your customers to warn them in advance that you do not have enough juice in stock? My order was half made so clearly your staff knew well in advance that you did not have enough product for what I ordered. You should have called me. So turned off by this that I don't plan to do a cleanse using Clean Juice nor will I ever visit again. Customer lost. Be warned if you're thinking of doing a cleanse with them, save yourself the headache and disappointment and call ahead before you place a cleanse order on their app. Hope my money is actually refunded, as they couldn't really provide proof of that either! The staff member who greeted me was genuinely excited to have a first-time customer. She told me about their app and how I could get a free drink just for signing up.. which was such a nice surprise.
She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I mentioned I have allergies.. and she not only confirmed the drink was safe.. but also made sure to use the proper appliances to keep everything allergy-safe. That kind of attention to detail means so much.

I can get custom extracted fresh juice, something from the menu, (I like the detoxifying one) or the high pressure pasteurized prepackaged juices work also. The Peanut Butter One could maybe use less peanut butter, but that could be just me.
