McDonald's — Restaurant in Idaho

I wish I could give zero stars! We ordered food and spent hard-earned money. And we're told to pull up why they made our order. As we sat there are several cars continued passing by us one after one. And nobody approached our car or gave us our food. After about 30 minutes of sitting there we approached a staff member and got nothing but negativity and such a completely rude response for spending our money there. Finally when we received the food it was disgusting and Soggy and unedible. We were not compensated or given any regard for the service or the food that we received. And we just threw it away. Waste of money and time. You would think if you're spending money at an establishment such as McDonald's that their customer service would be way better but it is severely lacking to say the least. This isn't the first time either you think that they would have gotten better but quite the opposite. We've gone through before and ordered food for our children. And after driving away realized that we paid for just a bun with no meat. Yet again more wasted money. Or we constantly receive orders that are missing things all the time and then have to get in the biggest line just to receive the correct order that we already should have gotten. Would not recommend unless you want to waste your time. And starve because you're feeding the trash can. I've reached out and there's nothing done about it or any attempts to fix their errors or compensation of any...

Staff workers are helpful and professional nothing against them.

This review is for the admins/owners and it's about the ridiculous schedule like for kindergarten kids and teens with curfew to report early back home.

They close the lobby at 8 PM but they politely kicked me out at 7:20 PM stating they are short on staff. If true or not it's less important what's important is the decision makers who approve the schedule and close the lobby dining room at 8 PM.

I've been traveling all over US from NYC to LA and San Francisco to Atlanta, Chicago Phoenix Dallas Salt Lake City and all around... even after the COVID crisis that's not an excuse anymore in Oct 2022 I've never seen a McDonald's lobby dining room to be closed at 8 PM as it is in Boise area...

It's ridiculous... For a modern city with modern customers chic and hipster to be kicked out of the lobby dining room in a McDonald's at 8 PM when adults have a nightlife and might just want to have dinner starting with 8 PM...

Short on staff?? Pay more, hire more and slow down the corporate greed while serving the customers...

After a previously frustrating experience, I returned. I came at 9:30 and left at 10:20. A terrible long wait, I’m at the first window. I pay with cash and change and I do NOT get a receipt, and they do not open the window again. As I move forward the car in front of me is handed a shake, it’s a large chocolate shake(which was on my order) and they hand it back cus it is incorrect. This shake seemingly appears regular. When I finally make it to the last window, I’m handed a small Diet Coke(not my order) and I say no and tell him what I had. He takes a step back and looks at his screen like he had never used it before. I tell him my order 2 more times and he goes back to make it. When he comes back he hands me a shake that looks unmixed(nothing like the milkshake he had mistakenly given the other car) I check the bag and the sandwich has no spicy sauce, I tell him and it takes him 3 minutes to give me the same sandwich but with spicy sauce spread over the chicken and messily strewed over the bun. I did not have the willpower to tell him how horrible the shake was and to top it off as we take out the straw to put it in the shake it is cracked down the whole thing. The fries were more than chewy and oozed out oil with every bite. You would think if it took 50 minutes to get your order that that order would be...
