This was my favorite Pizza take n bake place, but no, no way during these COVID 19 DAYS! After picking up our pizza I ordered online and paid for... I found these 6 employees who were building pizzas (about 18 average age), were unmasked, half of them had no gloves on and 4 out of the 6 were shoulder to shoulder building the pizzas with their dough, raw ingredients. These pizzas are made to order, wrapped with plastic and set in a cooler until customer comes to pick up inside the store. I saw 2 of the young employees wiping their noses, brushing hair and/or sweat out of forehead with arms; one with back of hand. Right? Wrong! When asked 'JUST WHY AREN'T YOU ALL MASKED AND ALL OF YOU WEARING GLOVES?' ONE EMPLOYEE STATED THE OWNER WILL NOT FURNISH ANY PROTECTIVE MASKING. These employees, their poor compliance to keeping COVID 19 from spreading are AT RISK TO THEMSELVES, THEIR FAMILIES AND THE CONSUMER. I think the Pizza place needs to close for awhile until the deadly virus is...
Read moreI know it's common place for young adults/teens to run work/run places like this but they don't listen for beep.
Called in a order to have cheese 'on the side', explained that what I mean by that also (wanted no cheese on the pizza.)
Went to the store when they told me it would of been ready, it wasn't. Explained AGAIN what I meant by cheese 'on the side'.
Pizza was quickly made... and what do you now.. the pizza had cheese on it.. with a extra side of cheese. :face palm:
By this time I just wanted out of there. Went home and removed the cheese myself.
I'll probably go back but Christ man, get some employees with a few more brain cells or that don't go out back to smoke a bowl.
Also.. the darn website still doesn't work right so when it doesn't work instead of getting like a 9$ deal online you get shafted with a 16$ price tag when you go to the store and order the same thing. The store also will NOT honor any online deals, as they are not part of...
Read moreI called in an order a month ago for a Chicago Stuffed and was disappointed in the weight of the pizza. They use to have substance. I thought it was a fluke until two days ago when I ordered another Chicago Stuffed. It was worse than the previous pizza! When I picked it up I thought I had the wrong pizza it was so light and barley in toppings to be seen. I looked to check the name and it was mine. I could only choke down two slices and didn't eat the crust or an inch and a half of the pizza attached to it. There was barely any sauce on the whole pizza and only two pieces of pepperoni near the crust. They are charging for a "stuffed" pizza which is more $$ than a regular pizza, but all you're getting extra is the price! You're getting about the same amount of ingredients as a one topping large pizza. VERY...
