I was absolutely not going to report this and told the store manager I wouldn't. I don't like to come for a business unless its absolutely warranted. I premise by saying I am not offended by the helpful manager or female store clerk. I am offended by the arrogant rude pizza maker with the pulse tattoo on his left forearm. I went to this Papa Murphy's to order pizza for my family. I asked that one of the pizzas be only half dairy free and was told that they couldn't do that. I said that's fine if it's a big deal then we can just do all Dairy pizzas. The Manager said they could do it this one time but generally that "they don't do this". What absolutely got me was after all of this one of the pizza makers, I busted him putting lots of cheese on the entire Pizza that I had asked only have Dairy on half. What's worse is that rather than do the right thing when no one is looking and just remake it or move the cheese he placed on there he left the dairy cheese on the pizza and continued cheesing the other side with the remaining Dairy cheese. And then proceeded to put dairy-free cheese on top of dairy cheese on the pizza side that was supposed to be dairy-free. I saw him do this and spoke up to say that he could not put non dairy on top of dairy and call it good. He copped an attitude with me and said "this is why we don't do half". My thought was no this is why you just do the right thing the first time even when you think no one is watching. It had less to do with the cheese than an employee of Papa Murphy's doing the wrong thing and trying to cover it up and then getting an attitude when he got busted for doing so. Meaning he would have done this with either half or full pizza. As I said before the manager was complimentary enough to be able to to do this and then when the employee messed up, caught an attitude- that absolutely angered me to the point of writing this review. As respectfully as I could because I have worked in the food industry, I stated to the employee who handed me my pizzas, thank you for them, but going forward just a word of advice maybe be kinder to your customers. I will never go to this location ever again and I will tell anybody who will listen not to either. It has nothing to do with the dairy-free cheese or special order. It has everything to do with a bad attitude employee who chooses to do the wrong thing and rather than respectfully own it chooses to continue to do the wrong thing and catch an attitude with the customer. I'm not worried about a single demarcation of cheese that will touch Dairy what I am worried about is my whole dinner covered in something I cannot have and finding out later in a...
Read moreI called to order a pizza and told the associate that I had a three dollar off coupon for a family-size pizza. The associate took my order and added that they were selling salads for $1.00. I ordered a salad and sent my husband to get the order. At the drive-up they also up-sold him another salad for $1.00. My husband forgot to mention the $3.00 coupon until he got to the window (my husband had a stroke several years ago and occasionally forgets), but I had told them we had it at time I ordered. We did not get the $3.00 credit on our pizza and we're charged way more than $1.00 each for the salads. The bill was almost $25.00: My husband questioned the amount and was treated very rudely by the associate. When he got home I called to ask about clarification and also was treated in a very rude manner by the same associate. He said, " take it up with corporate". We are not huge pizza lovers but of the pizza places around we have liked Papa Murphy's best. This Papa Murphy's is close to our home but I imagine we will be having pizza less often and when we do, and we will have to travel farther and go to the store on Fairview. Customer service at this store is...

My family and I have been this location several times. On four unique orders, all called in either immediately beforehand or earlier in the day with a specific pickup time, the orders have been utterly wrong or completely missing. Today (11/10/2016) we ordered a pie for pickup several hours later. Upon arrival they did not have it and asked us to come around (from the drive-thru). We asked to speak with the manager and were greeted by a temp manager. He stated that they would make it and, without any apology, "Well...I don't like to give away free stuff for this kind of thing, these kids are notorious for loosing tickets." Clearly this location does not care about quality. On other occasions they had no record of the ticket, and on one event in-person the individual could not even get the order right and we had to repeat it several times. "Could we get a large Cowboy please?" "Okay, a papa's perfect!" "What... no a Cowboy please." ...
There is no excuse for this. If you want your pie from here, walk in and...
