Sbarro — Restaurant in Idaho

The lady that took my order was mad, because I didn’t tip her. Usually I tip after I ate so I know what the service is like. She was taking her time on giving us our drinks, I asked for a red bull and it took her 5 minutes my friend had a fountain drink she said there was no ice as she was filling the cup up with ice and he asked where did you get the ice if your co worker was getting the ice. The guy who seemed to be the manager was extremely rude as I tried to explain to the worker what slice of pizza I wanted. He reached to hit my hand and told me not to point over the glass in the worst possible manner. Maybe if they treated customers right they’d have better reviews. That’s sad. Let me start by saying I hate the Mall and don't like to go there. When I am dragged kicking and screaming, I find a way to break away and go to eat something in the food court. I generally get ok service and food. Today I tried a new spot, Sbarros Pizza. The best, the friendliest and quickest service in the food court and also in Boise.
