I left San Francisco for NY 27 years ago and in all that time have searched for a sour dough bread to match the deliciousness of my favorite SF sour dough. At last, I have finally found it!! Almost Heaven sour dough is legit! Same SF sour dough flavor & made with organic flour to boot! My heart 💜 is bursting.

Beyond the bread, her pastries are also unthinkably amazing, right up there with deserts made by my Sicilian grand mother for Sunday family dinners. Light, airy, flakey with just the perfect amount of sweet. You can taste the love in every bite. Simply Outstanding!

What an amazing experience for a Saturday morning ritual. Almost Heaven has the best sourdough I’ve ever tried, their French pastries are hand made each week and cooked to perfection, you can taste the love in every layer. She also makes these amazing vegan cookies that are healthy and to die for! If you haven’t tried their stuff it’s worth it, plus they are very reasonably priced offerings. I eat here at least once a week as I am a devourer of sweets and pastries. The owners are super friendly and you can tell they are extremely passionate about their product. My favorites are the chocolate croissant, soft pretzels, and the cardamom morning bun. Oh yea and the lemon danish. You can't go wrong here! And if you like sourdough they have the best I've had, it seems like that is one of their biggest sellers, as they are often sold out (along with a lot of other things so arrive early when you can.)
