Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Illinois

I don’t know what it is...every single time I decide to give this chain restaurant an opportunity to redeem themselves I am left feeling disappointed. I am made to feel as If I am a burden for even stepping foot in one. I have tried all the locations near me(4-6 total), even some of the”Go” locations and I am constantly ignored, rarely greeted, and never apologized to, the furthest I’ve ever gotten was a seat at a table, then abandoned for I KID YOU NOT 15-20 minutes. I watched as many servers avoid my stare and waves for help. And it’s not like I was in the corner of the restaurant. I was dead smack in the middle of the dining room by their POS system, and I still could not get any attention. when I finally got the attention a waiters, He could’ve cared less and all I asked of him was if he could find out who my server was. Thats it. No request for a manager, no complaining, nothing. I just simply wanted my server pinged to my table. Finally greeted by my server which was one of the only servers I hadn’t seen on the floor for the past 15 minutes, I was not even given so much as a sorry. Every single employee that was working there looks like the life was sucked out of them. I left, me and my fiancé got up from the table and walked away. I don’t know if it’s the way I look or what could possibly be the reason for me never getting any service at any of these locations but I am sick and tired of them stealing my time and patience. collectively they have wasted an hour of my life and I’ve gotten nothing but frustration out of it. This company its not worth a dime. No wonder why they are second to Ruby Tuesday’s in Customer Satisfaction. You will never find that anybody is held accountable here. complaints get swept under the rug unless you want to be a massive Karen and even then, they’ll just give you anything to shut you up. A company without a purpose, passion, or kindness; that’s Buffalo Wild Wings. To make a quick dollar and they’re not even good at doing that. They don’t care about their staff, customers, or food. And you can trust this review because it’s someone that actually used to work for...

I will start by saying that I have been going to this location for years with friends and family and have never had a bad experience.

I went in with my family to have a nice dinner. We waited the usual 45 minutes to an hour with no issue. Once seated the waiter Joaquin came up and asked us what we wanted to drink. We gave him our drink orders and he brought them to us. We put in our food order and about 30 minutes later he comes to our table and explains that the food will take and additional 15-20 minutes and if we would like to order some appetizers while we wait.

We said no to the appetizers and he left. We all had empty drinks at this point and he never checked on our table to offer to refill. Finally our food shows up and he drops it off and doesn’t ask if we need anything.

He didn’t bring enough plates so a few of the people on the table were using napkins to put there food on. He finally comes to our table and we ask him for refills and extra plates.

He leaves for another 5 minutes and brings us the plates and claims they have NO MORE CLEAN CUPS and brings two paper cups and pours the soda into a random cup on the table. At this point I was mortified!

I waited until the check came and went to the front to speak to a manager. There I got a chance to speak to the manager Dave. When I explained what horrible service I received and how upset I was. Dave pretty much told me that there is no way this could have happened because his staff is the best, he told me I must have mis read the situation. I paid the bill and left and will NEVER step foot in there again.

I visted this place yesterday on February 17 around 8 or 9 in the night. When me and my friend got into Bdubs there was only a 15 minute wait for the dinning room so we agreed to wait, the lady wrote down our name so when a table is open we can obviously sit there. So me and my friend decided to sit down while waiting. 2 other customers walked it and they sat them down, when they were about to sit another person I stopped and told the guy that me and my friend were here before the other 2 people he sat down he apologized and said he'll be right with us. He still sat the other customers first then us, me personally working at a restaurant obviously you help who ever was waiting first. He still made me wait for a table. We finally got it a table in the corner where the window is by all cold, the our waiter he most had a lot of table or something cause he only came by and checked up on us 3 times. While placing my order I asked for the wings to be "wet" they weren't even "wet" so whatever we ate them. The soda was nasty the cups missed bad I asked for another soda. Our waiter only came by 1 time to ask if we were alright, we were waiting for him to come back to give us the bill, he was attending the table next us and not once asked us if we were alright. Until we asked manger to call our waiter cause we've been waiting for a long for him up. Honestly worst service, they weren't even busy. Differently...
