Giant Pizza King — Restaurant in Imperial Beach

Ordered 2 giant pizzas to be delivered to my daughter's softball game in imperial beach softball complex and both pizzas seemed to be dropped. We opened the box and half of the pizza was squashed, folded like a burrito. I went to the giant pizza king website and placed an order online from their own site which is ran by slice app. I called the pizza shop and worker or owner told me its not their fault that it's the delivery guy's fault that it's not his driver. He told me to contact slice app customer service. This pretty much sucked that i paid $75 for 2 giant pizza burritos. I mean come on you set up your pizza shop website and that's the order processing system you choose to run on your site. Maybe take partial responsibility, anyhow i suggest you get rid of your online order system (slice app) if this is the type of service they give. I've wanted a good Calzone for years. I've been lied to and told what I want is a strombol, that a Calzone does not have meat. This, is a lie. Giant Pizza King Knows better. Definitely overpriced for what I got. I also got charged an extra unexplained $3.00 for extra topping $4.16 with tax. I did not requested extra topping. For the price and extra charge it was skimpy on the sauce, meats and vegetables, the dough was laid out sloppy unevenly, thicker on some sides and thinner on other sides. I Ordered half the works and half hawaian maybe, not very fresh ingredients, yellow onions are not very tasty on a pizza, definitely red onions for pizza is the best choice. This my second time ordering because of the convenient location but it won't be a third time, but I will drive farther to get better quality for their price.
