Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Imperial Township

Very disappointed. I went to use the app and it said you don't deliver to my location. I knew that was wrong as I've been using this app to order pizza for years no problem. So I called to confirm and they will deliver to us. All was good so I said I'd call back to place my order. I called back but this time I got a person who barely spoke english and who had a hard time understanding me so I hung up and tried again. This time I pressed 2 instead of 1 to place an order. I got someone who works there verses a call center. She takes my order and said it will be about 40 min. An hour later still no food. I called to see where our food is and she said "Oh sorry, it going in the oven now, we are really busy should be there in about 20 min." Another 30 min later and still no pizza. So this time my husband calls and they said "oh it just left." When asked why they told us 40 min, he said it was the call center who does that. Which in fact it wasn't the call center it was an actual staff person at the location. Anyway, we asked for some kind of refund or a credit and he said no we can't do that. A few minutes later our pizza arrives. Pizza was great just an hour 45 min late. I believe there should have been some kind of restoration for how long it took. If they were so busy, then let us know when we call to place our order instead of telling us 40 min. We had plans and 40 min worked for us not and hour and 45 min. We would have done...

Fresh pizza with super fast delivery. They do forget my marinara everytime, but they will bring it out when I call and complain. The most recent time they offered me lava cakes for my trouble. The app is nice and the rewards are valuable too. No one else can get the pizza here while it's still fresh.

Update: as of 8/16/18 they have continued to forget my extra marinara even though I call to remind them. The last time I ordered 1 week ago the order was placed through the app. I called to remind them I added 3 extra marinara since they can never remember. She assured me they would get it, but the order arrived without not 1 single serving. I called to complain and they promised to bring a new order out, but never showed. I then called and Jon the manager promised an order for free on my next purchase. I told him I've been told that before but when I call no one sees it in the system. He assured me that wouldn't happen, but guess what?? It did!! She doesn't show record of anything offered free. They have poor management, and I will not order from...

This new recipe people are raving about I had to just try and to my amazement It Just OUT of this World Awesomeness!! I had the works, and it was fantastic, Great move for changing the recipe… I went ahead and also ordered the Vegan Pasta, OMG, Talk about Delish! Even Delish couldn't of made it this good! And well me being a woman I just had to Indulge and Get the Lava chocolate cake, OMG, OMG, OMG! Talk about DIED and Gone To Heaven, I'm drooling at this moment, drooling from the gooey hot fudge oozing out of the mound as you get a slight crunch from the chocolate cake and bite down into the rest and the Ozziness is irresistible, OMG You are my New go to at home… BTW My Family feels the same as I do :) LOVE IT!! They are fast delivery and always very friendly, always going beyond, customer service is at the top here!! Just love it can't say enough!! KUDOS...
