6/9/24 Enter at your own risk Horrible bathroom see attached photos. Dust everywhere all over cups and above food prep areas. Unfortunately you can't tell me it's only one day of dust this is purely a neglected store.

The Drink was the worst I've had . It was made careless and tasted more like a water with some coffee flavor and a little flavor so little it was non-existent. Packed full of ice so half the drink you would get anywhere else. Again I know they fill the cup with ice but usually it's not packed in the way this one was. However the guy making the drink's seemed to hate everyone walking in the store. And scowled while making drinks.

With several other options for coffee in a close enough vicinity that I would not ever support this store again.

Honestly idk how they could pass a health inspection. Food is to be taken seriously and any establishment not upholding standards needs to not receive our support. Because that's your hard earned money they are stealing from you by not giving you a...

Disappointed. This is coming from a 3+ year barista. My mom came in to grab a drink and she’s not a coffee person so she didn’t know what exactly to get. The employees were unwilling to help her figure out what to order. Which is sad because as the barista you are the expert and should understand that it is YOUR job to help the customers learn how they should order what they want. She then asked for avocado toast and the girl working snapped at her and said “you need to wait a minute” (Septum piercing). I know all that’ll come from this a manager and the employees saying “that didn’t happen” or they’re going to make some sort of excuse as to why it’s okay to treat people like this. But as someone who’s been a barista for years you should’ve and could’ve done better. It may make sense to you because you are an employee, imagine you walk in somewhere excited to try something new and you get treated like this, you wouldn’t go back either. When they actually make your order, their stuff is REALLY good! Unfortunately, it seems to me like this store is very poorly managed. I have attempted to order from this store via DoorDash several times. I have received my order less than half of the time. The order will sit on “waiting for confirmation” and eventually gets cancelled. I then have to contact DoorDash support to get a refund. I get that stuff happens and sometimes you run out of stuff. But it shouldn’t be a 50/50 chance whether or not I get my food. If your store is consistently running out of items, maybe order more of them? Just a thought. I will not be ordering from this store anymore. It’s not worth the hassle. Giving two start only because their coffee is SO freaking good, on the off chance you actually get...
