My smoothie was great! But a young lady behind the counter making smoothies Ignored me (Susanna). As I waited in a line with someone in front of me another lady came in. The young Lady turned around and once again acknowledge someone coming into the door as she did me. She looked at me then looked at the other lady who was behind me and asked her if she could help her. The nice lady said this woman in front of me was first. The young lady behind the counter said she will be all right can I help you. The woman behind me Said that that was unacceptable of her. She apologize to me for the young ladies action. Every time I come in, I ask about different flavors and they tell me IF YOU EVER DONT LIKE IT, WE WILL REMAKE A NEW ONE FOR YOU. YOU KNOW, BECAUSE ITS A SEVEN DOLLAR DRINK. So today I decided to try something new finally. I did not like it. I very politely asked for my usual as a replacement. And she said "oh we don't do that here" though I have been told DOZENS of times that you would. I guess I will not be coming here anymore. If you don't care about customer satisfaction fine, but don't LIE to people and encourage them to get things they may not like if you aren't ACTUALLY going to offer a replacement. I come here every single day with my partner so for one bad attitude and maybe, what $1 loss in product to make a happy customer, you have lost $13 a day in profit and the rave reviews I give everyone about your company. Read moreI have visited this location only a few times. I moved right up the road last February.. My first visit was fantastic! My girlfriend and I made a pit stop after work. The service was great! Food & smoothie made to perfection. Loved it!
The next time I came inside was for a Doordash pick up. (April-ish) The employee walked to the front saw that I was holding a red Doordash bag and did an ‘about face’ to the back. I walked up to the counter and I waited and waited to order for myself. Not one employee greeted me, acknowledged me, nor spoke to let me know I would be waiting 10 minutes for the order to be completed. They’re not obligated to speak, right? Who am I ?
The last time I stopped by (yesterday), I took a moment to order. When I finally made a decision to try something outside the usual, the flatbread sandwich I chose included bacon, which they told me they were out of.. no biggie!
