This andy's used to be so much better, but the last Few times I have came to the independence location The concretes barely have any toppings/addins at all. Like the whole Bottom half of my cup is just plain vanilla. It's very irritating Especially because it's so expensive. left there about an hour ago and spent $43.00 on 5 medium concretes. All but 1 was mostly vanilla ice-cream in the bottom half... It is a night and day experience at the independence location vs liberty location . Liberty location, they always put a lot of toppings and addins .You feel like you got your money's worth!!. I will add the employees in the independence location are very nice and i've never had any problems with them . It's probably management telling them not to use too many toppings but they really need to consider changing something because they lost us as customers and I'm sure many others because the skimping on addins. If I want andy's I will make the drive out to liberty or even...
Read moreGone to this location twice in two days first in drive thru ordered two Key Lime Pie Concretes and a quart of the key lime. Did get the two concretes but didn't get the quart. The supervisor first said they were out of the key lime to make the quart. And asked if they'd have some the next day the supervisor said we should. And so came back the next day this time gone to the walk up window to i just ordered the quart of the key lime pie, paid the cashier $20 and the change that I got back was a $1.45 before even being told "they were out" the cashier didn't even look 18. The owner of Andy's frozen custard needs to check in with his or her employees because The supervisor claimed they are to busy to make a quart after the previous day she said they would. She wasn't friendly and had an attitude. Definitely call before coming to this location because they don't have the time to make a...
Read moreI'll start by saying I like Andy's, before this one opened we went to the Lee's Summit location. I went for the first time today, with my 1 year old. Unfortunately, unlike Lee's Summit they didn't have a person outside taking orders so it took 20+ minutes to get through the drive thru line, luckily my son was handling the wait well. The gal taking orders was friendly but the outcome was lacking. I know they are new and hopefully they get better. My turtle concrete was a pineapple chocolate concrete and wasn't even full to the top. My son and husband's orders seemed fine, but let me tell you when you expect pecans and get pineapple...
