Arby's — Restaurant in Independence

Update: a few days ago I was there and they did such a great job I had to add another star. The woman working like the afternoon shift ust got the order exactly right on. She really had a great attitude. She included the three Horsey sauces and the three Arby's sauces that I had asked for. No problem. Great job!

I got the chicken sandwich and roast beef for $6. This is a great deal especially in today's market. This is like the best fast food deal out there (save survey coupons), and it's so filling.

Nice people; nice place. The gyros are a good call.

edit: Went there last night, and you wouldn't believe how long it took. But, they got the order right (except for the fifteen horseradish sauces--part of the reason it took so long--I had to go back through to get them. But the numbers were exactly right).

Anyhow, they get to keep the four stars because the experience was magick. The white macaroni that I had and cheese is delicious and got back to binge watching Better Call Saul on my cell phone during the wait. So no real complaints. The people working there have a good attitude and I know that things are a little crazy anyhow right now. Worth the enjoyable wait that ended just at...

12/8/24 Stopped in for dinner. Wish I didn't..

My wife and I got 3 items. Chicken slider. Chicken wrap. Chicken bites.

Don't ask why we was in the .good for chicken. However, all three was over cooked or old. Either way. After $27 only thing edible was poppers and mozzarella sticks. And the drink.

Had to spit it and toss it. Waste of time and money.

2/4/23 Stopped in for dinner. My only issue they had two packets of sauces to give me. Maybe someone needs to make sure that's all stocked up.

2022 They don't have ham anymore? They have chicken sandwich, chicken bites, chicken tenders and now hamburgers?? 🤣

I watched a old guy wait so long he has a sad look on his face and said: I see all this food going out the drive thru and I'm just waiting on 3 sliders.. just keep it! And walked off.. 7 minutes later while I'm waiting on my food, the girl at the counter asked the guys in back where's the food for front counter? They said: what food? I don't see anything.... Oh. Coming right up!...

Poor guy already left. Probably didn't have all the time for lunch and had to...

This was by far my worst Arby's experience ever. I am highly disappointed at the behavior of the employees at this location. (Noland road, Independence) After ordering in the drive thru I waited about 10 minutes to even make it to the window. The lady's attitude was as if she didn't care about her job and she had no sense of urgency when the drive thru was backing up with cars. She proceeded to have a conversation with another employee with the window still open. Very unprofessional. Now let's talk food. Classic roast beef was great. No issues with those sandwiches. My market fresh sandwich however, was less than satisfactory. I asked for no tomatoes but apparently that meant to slap a very, very minimal amount of SHREDDED LETTUCE onto the sandwich instead. Super gross. I didn't find this out until I got home to eat so nothing could be done except call. Of course they don't answer the phone. Needless to say, the manager will be getting a...
