McDonald's — Restaurant in Independence

We stopped in here on our way home for a quick bathroom break and my son was hungry. They were busy, which is understandable...to a point. I literally ordered 2 drinks, 2 McChickens, and a small fry. The employee charged me for 4 drinks and 3 sandwiches. I caught it on the receipt. No big deal, he was going to have a manager fix it. The manager literally in sight, tom 17 minutes to "come fix the problem." one lady apologized to me a dozen times and kept yelling at the manager to come and help his customer. She was even getting mad. When he finally came around he said " sorry had to do something. " yes..he sure was...doing that ladies job back there when she even told him to get out of the way bc she could handle her job and he was always in her way.

Finally get it fixed, get the food and they forgot the fries and gave us the wrong drink. I know you guys were busy, but u seemed to get every other persons order correct...including the people who came in with 7 different orders on one ticket.

On a good note though...there was at least two employees there who cared about how long their customers should wait...for...

Have went multiply times. Always parking when it just is you. Can never get orders right having to repeat constantly. Never takes orders in the correct way in drive thru. Only way they’ve ever gotten my order right is when I do a mobile order, if they place it themselves I always have to fix multiple things in the order. They typically always forget items as well. Either have to go back to get it or just accept the loss. Their customer service is terrible. No one likes to make eye contact unless it’s to ask to park you. They practically toss the food to you and say bye. No hello or anything. The parking is constant, even if it’s for a simple burrito. Which is just microwaved so I don’t see the point of parking. Even when we park they wait till they have all the parked orders completed. Then send out some helpless kid. They don’t know who orders what or what vehicle they drive. They constantly try to give us wrong order even after repeating our order. Seriously needs a better system here. Better...

One of the worst McDonald's ever. One night the drive thru is open after 11 and other nights they r closed. Never get ur order right and when u complain they act like its a problem and try to calm u out. When u order a large fries u get a medium fry in a large box. Been ordering my burgers there with only ketchup and mustard since I don't like onions or pickles and get nothing but rude disrespectful employees and MGMT saying wellaybe u should order it that way next time. Been ordering my food the same way for 35+ yes on my own so I know what I ordered so just fix it then they sleep ur bag down on the counter when u speak up for urself. By far one of the worst Mcd's I have ever been to. It's sad that I have to drive across town to 24 & 291 to get good service and food from a mCdonalds. Maybe the gentleman who owns that one should show the rest of the McDonald's in Independence on how to operate a business. Always courteous and professional at the 24 &...
