I love the food here! When I wasn't struggling economically like I am now, I was spending upwards of 100 dollars a month in there 40 highway location. Now I wish I lived closer to another location. Last week I made a 50 dollar order for family. We waited 2 hours and nothing and no body showed. When I called to ascertain the reason why, the individual (called Alex) was rude, unhelpful, unapologetic, condescending, and even hung up on me! All because apparently two hours prior when I made the order the young lady put my order in wrong so it never came! When I called back and asked for a manager, he was so overly apologizing he almost sounded sarcastic and patronizing. He did give me an extra discount though and had my order sent out immediately. After all this, my pizzas were not how I ordered them and one of them was missing an ingredient, which was another very annoying event with my children bc they were starving and I MADE THE ORDER THREE TIMES AND VARIFIED THE FACTS ABOUT THE PIZZAS SIX, 6, TIMES!!! If I can afford to go to a different location next time I will. I also paid with a $100, which brings me to another complaint, the time before this most recent we tried paying with a $100 and the "manager" then claimed that they no longer sent change enough for a $100 to the area in which I live.... its not a bad neighborhood. I would also like to point out that I'm not one of those nasty fastfood regulars that I'm pretty sure hate fastfood workers, I worked in fastfood for over 15 years 10 of those years I was in management. The āmanagerā wanted to argue when I said I didnāt want a new one delivered to me (itās already past 10pm) because I donāt trust the quality will be any better. I just wanted my money back, and not for the full order, just the salad but was told I would get the credit back.. I bet I donāt see that.. He tried to tell me āit was probably from the bottom of the bagā I then explained it was several of the items in the salad, not just the spinach. Iāve worked for sarpinos and other restaurants.. this happened because they have young kids who donāt care and arenāt rotating out bad product. If you canāt tell, cucumbers are completely slimy, spinach is wilted, thereās some weird black spot on a soft tomato, green peppers were turning transparent.
