And, again, on 7/14, thought I would give you another try. You got the corndogs right this time except we did have to wait on them. No problem EXCEPT I ordered a cheeseburger with mustard. Apparently your cook doesn't know what mustard is because it was served with mayo. Even the cashier repeated my order "with mustard". Can't have Mayo and, anyway, it's was cold because we did have to wait on the corndogs. I WILL DRIVE TO ANOTHER SONIC BEFORE I COME BACK YOUR ESTABLISHMENT.

Went there yesterday and the first time I have ever experienced such poor service and bad food. Ordered two corndogs for my grandchildren and cheeseburger for me. It seem I waited forever! When the food was delivered, I asked which item took so long so I remember not to order it next time. The manager came to the window and accused me of being rude. I'm like, all I asked is which item took so long, how is that rude. BTW, it was the corndogs folks. We get home with the food and the corndogs were on this side of almost being burnt! My oldest grandson can be very picky so, I didn't say anything hoping he wouldn't notice. Nope! He gave it to my youngest to eat!! He just ate the fries. And my cheeseburger was so greasy! How did a pretty decent establishment fall so quickly?

Not sure why I can't post reviews. Thought, again, I would give you another try. Guess what? My grandson is vomiting the "grayish" looking corndog he ate, (I didn't know this until after he ate it). How hard is it to cook a corndog? Pretty iffy to eat here. Grey hotdogs will do...

Swung by today to get breakfast. Ordered orange juice with my breakfast and the waitress told me they were out of orange juice when she brought the food and asked if I wanted something else instead. I told her not really, but I would take an Ocean Water, but I didn't want to pay the upcharge for the orange juice. She told me she already billed it as a combo and an upcharge, so I would just have to pay the upcharge. I asked her if she could just take the orange juice off and I would pay for my meal without a drink. She told me she couldn't cancel anything on the order, it had to be billed as it was rung up....so I asked if she could cancel the transaction and rebill it as a new order, and she legit said "I can't do that". I told her I didn't want the food if I was going to have to pay for an upcharged drink I wasn't getting and her response was just "Okay" and she walked away with our food, presumably to throw it in the trash. Congrats Sonic, you lost an $18 sale because your car hop didn't know how to rebill an order.

This is the 3rd Sonic in the area I've been to with total trash service, which is a shame since it's a fun spin on fastfood with a big kid friendly variety of options on the menu. Prices are also getting a little out of control when I can go eat at Freddy's, Shake Shack, Culver's, or 5 Guys for nearly...

I had terrible food here for years, but after hearing about the new smashburger I decided to give them another try. First order was great. Fast-forward a week later. I ordered two smasher combos and both sandwiches were rang up wrong. While trying to get them replaced, along with fresh fries, I was told I would have to pay for the replacement fries since it had been almost 30 minutes since my order. (The time it took to drive home and back.) Yeah, they wanted me to pay to replace the fries, which were now cold due to their mistake, which I never touched, and since I handed the wrong order back to them, I left with no fries . . . not even the cold ones! That's called theft! Oh, and one of the sandwiches in the replacement order was made wrong also. . . most likely on purpose. Chargeback coming along with a call to the franchise owner!

Funny enough, the below review is from years ago. Same thing. Good food one week . . . and terrible the next. Seems somethings never change! No more Sonic for me!!!
