Just a refund is all I asked for. Ordered 2 sandwiches, chips and a brownie online. They handed me a sealed bag. I assumed all was in the bag, drove home. No chips or brownie which would've been nice to know so I could've grabbed those items. This assumption that all would be in the bag isn't unreasonable being the bag was sealed with a firehouse sub sticker.i guess I'm supposed to open the bag and grab whatever I want and put it in there. I call and ask for only the chips and brownie to be refunded. They refused and said I'd have to come back. Not wanted to drive back I sit down with my wife and started to eat. One sandwich was wrong, no biggie I'll eat whatever. The other sandwich had tons of onions.we asked for no onions. Being that the entire order was wrong and we didn't get half on it, I drove back to the location with the incorrectly made sandwiches. I again asked for a refund. A FULL refund because I'm not paying for total incompetence. They take my bag, handle my food with no gloves. the manger says they won't refund me because the sandwiches are half eaten!? I guess if I had dined in and informed them that they made the sandwich wrong they would've said tough luck? Also I didn't want my sandwich back because they had touched it. So no refund for making my sandwiches wrong, not telling me I need to get my own chips and brownie AND touching my food so I wouldn't want it. I said " so you're stealing my money?" The manger said no but again wasn't offering a refund either. Not sure what world incorrectly making an order, not including half the order and then refusing to give my money back isn't theft. I'll be calling corporate on Monday, filing a BBB complaint and reporting to kc food and health for touching my food. It's called customer service....
Read moreThis was the worst experience I have ever had ...EVER!! Paid 28$ for 2 lunches that is 2 small sandwiches and 2 salads. The employee thought it was funny to "brag" about thier "unreliable" co workers for not putting the dressing in my order. We kinda had a laugh about it and I went on my way back to work. Boy, they weren't kidding though!! Salads for myself and Co-worker completely frozen!! Forks full of ice!! When I called back to complain the manager first says I didn't make the salads, so, I didn't know they were frozen. Sorry. That was so not cool to me, also her tone with me was like I was garbage! I was really insulted! Asked to speak to her GM, who by the way had an even worse tone and accused me of cursing her employee out(by the way, not EVEN true!) and laughed in my face. Tried to offer me a retirn of my money and more food. So insulted. I told them I don't need my money back. They need it more than me, they should invest it in better training for their employees and managers. NEVER going back to this location again!! I am gonna stick to Blue Springs where the staff is WAY more...
Read moreI ordered a sandwich via UberEats from this location on Friday September 18th. Unfortunately, the sandwich was below subpar and I was REALLY disappointed. UberEats, who does not provide adequate or even basic customer service, offered a credit of $5 which wasn’t even a 1/3 of what I paid, minus tip. I reached out to Firehouse Subs on their corporate website the same day. The following morning, September 19th, I had received an email from the manager of this location, M. Vega. Not only did she reach out to UberEats on my behalf requesting they provide me a FULL REFUND, she also offered me a free combo meal that matched my order the day before. The way she responded quickly and efficiently was so greatly appreciated and proved to me that she is all about providing superior customer service, as well as quality food. Please visit this store for your food! Also, if you prefer, or need, or want delivery, consider using DoorDash or Postmates instead of UberEats to get food from Firehouse Subs. I plan on visiting this location this week and I hope M. Vega is available so that I can thank...
