This place is way understaffed. The woman (she was working the morning shift on 3/10) was super awesome! Her customer service was spectacular.
She seemed flustered at times (as she should be ) that she was rushing being the only person there, and had to keep apologizing to everyone. We all understood, of course.
They need a better system for Uber Eats. If you're going to have one person working in the entire place, then someone should be taking the Uber orders so the primary person does not need to tell everyone to stop and wait for a car that will be arriving soon, hopefully.
It seems to be a popular feature, but also takes time to make those orders, in addition to the people waiting. At least two people would be enough.

Read moreWe had sandwiches from Subway in Independence MO a couple of days ago (we've been years-long Subway customers) ... both sandwiches were noticeably smaller than on previous purchases ... the bread - while it appeared to be 12" - was much smaller in diameter ... there was a distinct decrease in the amount of vegetable content and the meat portion was less than we've received previously .....
I'm guessing Subway management - at the corporate level and the store level has succumbed to the lure of "shrinking the product to increase profits" .....
But - delivery was prompt - THANX Driver !!!
Maybe it's time to switch to Goodcents for store-bought...
