This location has some issues to say the least. Booked an event ahead of time due to having an 8 person party that needed two Bays to accommodate us fully. We paid the upfront cost of $255 to secure the booking with another $250 to be owed at the end of the event. The booking website asked if there was anything that they could do to make our event more special for us and all we requested was that we have the top floor. We got there early since the website was clear that we must arrive no later than our scheduled time. Upon arriving they had us wait for a few minutes which was already a little off but not a big deal. After waiting around for a bit they came back to us and told us that they had a spot on the bottom floor which we politely declined and requested that we get 3rd floor as requested. After this we had what we thought was a manager named Lexi come by to help out and after waiting a bit longer she told us that she needs to find another manager since nobody would answer her on the radio. After waiting even longer to get ANOTHER manager, a man named Josh, came out with Lexi and seemed confused as to what he’s supposed to do. Then he proceeded to say that they cannot accommodate us because they don’t have the staffing necessary and they only received our reservation the day of (today). After hearing this we told them we just want a refund and don’t wanna be there anymore and they told us that they cannot do that for us either because the financial staff was not in for the day. So we can’t get what we requested and we cant get our money back right away is what we’re being told. They gave us the number of Steve Korey who is the Director of Sales at this location but of course the number went straight to voicemail. They tried telling us at this point that they could accommodate us but we were not interested at this point and with the service that we were already receiving, did not feel comfortable allowing these people to serve us any further. Overall terrible experience. We were getting eye rolls from Josh and Lexi both when we were discussing this issue. Regardless of what was or wasn’t their fault, the way they were treating us in this situation was completely...
Read moreI’ve been to Topgolf 3 times and every time it’s a new fresh hell. Last month we came for my fiancés birthday, it took over an hour to get nachos. Freaking nachos! Then we get them and I kid you not, there are 6 damn chips on this board. They tastes good and they were loaded, but I mean it’s 6 chips, but they were not worth $15, I paid $5 extra for steak and it wasn’t $5 worth of steak if you ask me. We decided to give it another go and came back last night for Father’s Day. I waited almost 30 minutes for my spiked lemonade, and the only reason I got bit was because a manager actually came over and asked how everything was. Turns out the server never put the drink order in which I can’t figure out how when our entire order was taken at the same time, and we literally only ordered drinks and the donut holes. Then I get the drink and it’s so strong, like would you like some lemonade with your vodka? No strawberry lemonade taste to be had, give me the Henny Hussel at Bdubs any day and it’s cheaper. We were given money off the bill luckily which helped. Then they sat a couple in the bay next to us and the female was clearly not dressed appropriately for a chilly night so next thing we know we’re being baked in the bay. We complained once and the heat went off for a few minutes then came back on again. Finally my fiancé got a manager and asked if we could move, even she said the heat was too much for her as well, she also gave us an additional 15 minutes of game play for free. If it hasn’t been for the 2 managers I’d have probably sworn the place off, but we do have a free session and we’d like to enjoy it, however the lesson here is, don’t order the food, it’s overpriced and underwhelming, and don’t order any mixed drinks because they're ridiculously strong and not balanced at all. I got the Sandtrap Martini last time and it wasn’t enjoyable either. So next time we’ll eat before or after and only order fountain drinks. For as expensive as this place is they could do much better and the service could use a...
Read moreI posted this on the survey Topgolf sent me in email too. But want everyone to read the experience I had on Saturday. I hope Avon TopGolf hires better servers than the one we had. Callah is the worst waitress I’ve ever had. I came here to celebrate my birthday and Father’s Day for my dad. We had attitude and snide comments the whole time and Callah talked back any time we brought something up. I had asked if something included an ingredient my mom didn’t like and I got “I don’t know anything about that.” Later, I asked where our appetizer was since it had been 30 min since my dad ordered another round of them and we get “we have one kitchen for three floors, it’s probably backed up” and then magically the appetizer showed up 2 min later. We had a Topgolf platinum elite card at check-in and my mom showed Callah the card before presenting her cc and Callah claimed she “didn’t need it.” Then when the bill was presented our discounts weren’t on the bill and Callah said “you didn’t tell me about this.” And my mom said “I gave you the card and you said you didn’t need it.” Callah’s response was “for all I know it could’ve been a gift card” and snatched the bill and said she had to find a manager. Luckily Molz did try to right the wrong of Callah by providing $20 game play cards for everyone, but I have no idea if she actually had a conversation with Callah about her behaviors. But now if I ever come back I’m going to have to ask to not have Callah again because she’d barely checked on us and the way she spoke to my family vs the other bay over from us had a very attentive server who checked on them frequently and made sure they always had full drinks. Try to give more customer service training for her and how to answer questions and not give excuses to your guests, this was the worst visit at...
