KFC — Restaurant in Indian Trail

The drive thru got my order completely wrong, didn't give me a receipt so trying to get the issue fixed was difficult but I want to hand it to the manager Alex, I could tell that he was having a difficult night and through the chaos he was able to direct his team not only to fix my order but also keep up with the traffic coming through the drive thru as well as a couple door dash orders. My food was fresh and made correctly so shout out to the expo and cook working the shift I came in for. All in all I had to give it at least 4 stars for the initial mix up but they earned some points back with they way they made it right. Ordered a bucket with 3 sides and biscuits to be delivered. After paying for their delivery and top we had $56 in a bucket of chicken. One of our sides were not included. We called and we're told they had it at the restaurant and we could come pick it up. We said we paid to have it delivered and they said they would see if they could get the delivery group to bring it. Never heard back and never saw our other side. The chicken was all coating...there was literally barely more meat on what we think was a breast than on one of the 6 legs we got. Worst chicken ever from KFC. Most KFC I've been to in mote recent years I turned around and walked out of. Not this one. It's actually clean and the employees I interacted with were great. The one taking order didn't know the answer and quickly went to find out.

The menu has changed, and sizing options have so it was a bit confusing to me, but I sorted through it. The gravy only comes in 1 size now when you want a side (where confusion came in), so I had to order basically triple to equal what one large gravy use to be, but it was fine.

The biscuits just aren't the same as they use to be, but they're not awful. Just not the way...
