Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Indiana

The Photos for this store are very misleading and most definitely not taken at this location.

Only 1 countertop eating area in the store and it was so dirty as if it hasn’t been wiped down in weeks. Stool seats had grease stains so we all just stood while we ate. About 5 employees in the store and they were all huddled around a very yappy guy who seemed to be the manager (talking about work hours) while 1 person was making pretzels.

Pretzels in the display case looked freshly made but they were hard and extremely chewy. We got a regular pretzel and a cup of cinnamon pretzel bites.

Won’t be going back and suggest people avoid this place. It’s not the same as Auntie Anne’s in regular shopping malls or airports. Pretty gross store and food. Glad we didn’t risk...

I went into this store around 2:45 on July 27th, 2023. I walked in with it being not being very busy. I received no welcome or acknowledgment that we walked in. The workers were extremely rude after asking about a reward and pretzel wait times. There was no variety in the types of pretzels offered. I have seen better customer service at Walmart. I have been buying Auntie Anne’s for SO long, but this experience genuinely made me upset and not want to come back. I literally work in customer service and am upset by people they put behind the register. Hearing “this is my last straw” by one of the workers behind the register after we ordered didn’t help. I have never stepped foot in this establishment nor do I ever plan to in the future now. My friend was hired early this month and was meant to start today. It has been 2 weeks since he was offered the job and he has been given 3 different schedules. One of which was this morning at 10am when he was supposed to come in at noon. But that schedule told him his start day was tomorrow. So already that’s unprofessional and then a few hours later, he receives a text that said they decided to pursue other applications.
