Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Indiana

This location is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have visited. I only come here to use up flex money and get salad if they would actually make it right. Lately the salads have been so sad with less and less greens and they always forget the chicken. This is the 2nd time I have had to drive back to get the chicken that comes with the salad. Employees are usually nice but the kitchen needs to get it together. My order has been messed up numerous times by this location, including no whipped cream or cherry on a shake, no granola with the yogurt that comes with it, forgotten chicken and chicken nuggets, fries that aren't even the full fries - just a container of the crumbs at the bottom, and more. They're the only location this close, but I wouldn't recommend them at this point. So tired of not getting...

The most efficient eatery in Indiana, PA. That’s most likely due to its location in one of the IUP dining halls, which must be staffed for very concentrated operation. Food is always hot, fresh, and unless waiting on something to cook, is ready within 5 minutes. Very few mistakes occur, but i wouldn’t fault them for a higher mistake count, as they are extremely busy. Other than Chic-fil-a’s Christian business model and their corporate distaste for the LGBTQ, this location is worth the moral quandary. I was a staunch anti-chick-fil-a kind of queer, but after my partner convinced me to try it, I am now a pro-this-location-of-chic-fil-a kind of queer. Life is full of cognitive dissonance, and I feel okay sacrificing my morals occasionally to eat...

Corporate is always the way to go . However I've never been a fan of this brand. Way to dry and not very tasty. However a lot of the complaints I've seen are right on the website saying they don't take gift cards have breakfast wifi and so on. So that's on you not the company. My guess this is run by our college kids. My brother wants to try you guys so I may come with him and give the brand another shot. For the lady talking about the donations I'm sorry that happened to you. I would contact corporate if I were you. As there is no reason for that. And anyway this is on a college campus what did you really expect people a 5 star restaurant? I'm sure the college...
