I encourage anyone who has never had a Reiki session to try it! Start with at least a 60 minute session here with Veronica. My first session, I started feeling a relaxing energy after 30 minutes. During my second session several weeks later, I felt energy after 15 minutes. The end result: I get up from the table feeling slightly light headed, but calm, at peace and grounded.
