Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Newburgh

While Chic-Fil-A’s website says they “strive to support the community” don’t get your hopes up! Castle Girls Basketball loves to frequent here after practices, games etc. I called and talked to a manager and went to their “donation” website to see if they would be willing to donate anything to our girls for an away game since they don’t have time to eat before they have to leave. They called me 2 days later to tell me no they will not donate. But thanks to Zaxby’s for donating 25 box dinners for us!! ❤️ Guess the team will be going to Zaxby’s instead now! Very sad that so many places donate to our girls in this community and Chic-Fil-A won’t....

Personally, I’ve never been a huge fan of Chick-fil-A—but this location is an absolute standout. It’s like a shining beacon in the area, and honestly, it’s made me consider what it would be like to own a Chick-fil-A myself. No matter how packed it gets and it’s always busy you’re never waiting more than 10 minutes. That’s incredible, especially when you compare it to places like McDonald’s, where you might be the only car in the lot and still end up waiting 20 minutes just to be told to pull into a numbered spot.
