Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Indiana

ordered food from this place on a thursday night the wait time online said 18 to 28 minutes for delivery. watched the tracker entire time and when it said time for it to leave the store it was 7:15pm it didn't arrive at my house till 7:45 pm i ordered around 6:30 ish.. contacted the store before delivery and they just said it is out for delivery be there soon. um yeah out for delivery but where is it? i asked the guy are you the manager. yes was his answer. i explained what the website said for delivery. same response it is out for delivery.. um duh. so another guy in the background said just tell her it is out for delivery... omg.. then the guy on the phone tells me he has one driver and 10 orders.. not acceptable honestly.. so he said let me let you talk to my manager.. ???? i am like aren't you the manager? then manager john gets on the phone. repeats the out for delivery response.. (robot) starts in by saying that the website calculates the average wait time for the prior 4 hours and if i had called in my order instead of using the website (convenience) that he would have told me 45 to 1 hr wait for delivery.. then i question what the other guy said about the 1 driver and 10 orders he said no he didn't say that.. i have 2 drivers and your driver has 3 orders.. i am like not what the other guy said. he goes on and says he was standing there the entire time listening to the conversation.. i am like i am not deaf i can hear what he said.. my advice don't get delivery from this place. i refused to even sign my credit card receipt when the guy arrived 30 minutes after my order left the store. piss...

This is the only pizza place nearby home and it's just terrible. We ordered a pizza last Friday night and after waiting twice the amount of time they told us, it never came. My husband and I were out on a date but we interrupted that to call the store. We called and they said they didn't have many delivery drivers, but that it would be here shortly. Thirty more minutes later, the sitter contacted us again to say that the pizza has not arrived. She called the store and they said they thought someone was coming to pick the pizza up. When they tried to verify the order, they gave us the wrong items. It wasn't even what we ordered. My kids were a hot mess, it was terrible and they went to bed with cereal and fruit for dinner. I called the store the next day and the manager apologized to me. He couldn't find our order but gave me a $25 credit. He said they would see the credit when I give my phone number. The following Friday we called the store to order pizza. The rude person who answered told me There was no credit. I explained the situation and he rudely told me there was no way to attach a credit to someone's phone number. He refused to help. I asked when the manager would be in and he told me he was the manager. Not that same person as before! I called two days later and someone picked up and hung up on me. We decided to order pizza from Pizza Hut which is several miles away. We received hot pizza, in 30 minutes, better tasting and so much less hassle, good customer service and a smile. Thanks for...

As a long-time (decades) customer of Domino's - and having lived all over the country as a military officer - I can say without a doubt this (Paramount Dr. in West Lafayette) is the best Domino's store I've ever experienced and I am not one for hyperbole.

We moved to the area approximately 10 months ago and have patronized this store at least weekly. Our pizza is always hot, made perfectly, and ready at the expected time. We usually order one of the bread items and occasionally chicken wings. We've never had any item overcooked or undercooked or prepared incorrectly. What completely distinguishes this store is the customer service. We have experienced nothing but competence, friendliness, attention to detail and professionalism - a breath of fresh air in terms of quality of product and service. They are staffed well and clearly well-trained. The manager - Brett - is professional, friendly and clearly on top of the program. Compared to many other Domino's, this store is a pleasure to do business with and we will continue to do so on a regular basis. Thanks for the great pizza...
