I visited Greek’s Pizza connected to the gun shop for lunch on March 13, and I have to say it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in my entire career. When I walked in, the cashier/attendant asked if I wanted the buffet or to order off the menu. I explained that I wasn’t sure yet and would like to look at the menu since I had a wonderful pizza at their other location but couldn’t remember the name — I wanted to check the ingredients to see if it was on the buffet.

As I began looking at the menu, the cashier snatched the menu out of my hand and said, “Go sit down.” I was stunned and explained that I just wanted to look at the menu before deciding. She doubled down, became even ruder, and said, “I told you to go sit down and then you do it from there.” I asked her why she was speaking to me that way and if it was normal for her to treat customers so belligerently.

This experience was completely different from the excellent service I’ve received at the Greek’s Pizza location off Wabash Avenue. The restaurant was nearly empty — only two other guests during a busy weekday lunch hour — and now I understand why. A restaurant’s success hinges on not just the quality of the food, but also the service, and this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I can't say enough good things about this hidden gem of a pizza place! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm. The aroma of freshly baked pizza filled the air, making my mouth water in anticipation.

The pizza here is simply out of this world. The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside and delightfully fluffy on the inside. The toppings are always fresh and generously portioned, and the sauce is a perfect blend of savory and tangy. Whether you're a fan of classic Margherita or adventurous with specialty pizzas, they've got you covered.

But it's not just the pizza that keeps me coming back. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to make you feel like family. They're always ready with a smile and happy to accommodate special requests.

Some of the best darn pizza I've ever had and it's worth every dollar! It was hot, fresh, and the toppings weren't too little or too much! I had the pepperoni, onion, and tomato pizza and the tomatoes were whole circular slices which actually made it taste better and made the texture easier to eat (I'm autistic), The pepperoni was well distributed so there wasn't tons of it on one slice but none on another slice, the onions were chopped tiny and made it look like it wasn't there but when you bit into it you could definitely taste it (and it not overpowering the rest of the pizza)

The staff were friendly and quick as well as understanding when i stumble over my words a lot due to social anxiety
