5 groups of people sitting in the patio area over the course of 1 hour. Every one had a problem with their order.
Failed to get a side item. Turns out it was not added to the order. Failure at the register.
Another couple - request for no tomato on the salad. The salad had tomato on it. They sent it back. 2nd salad was missing bacon which is a standard item on the specified salad. They sent it back. On the 3rd attempt the salad was correct.
One of two salads provided to a couple was the wrong salad. The person decided to eat it anyway.
Ultimate nachos - chili was cold, like it just came out of the refrigerator. Manager informed of all of the above and he made the replacement ultimate nachos himself.
Another couple - Missing 1 of 3 items ordered. Turns out that the item was not added to the order. Again, failure at the register. They said that they came out to the patio because there were no clean tables inside.
A different group - chili was cold, like it just came out of the refrigerator. They sent it back.
I stood at the counter for 4 minutes after eating and had the same two employees walked past me 3 times without asking if I wanted something. No eye contact or attempt to provide service until I had to speak up as they passed me a fourth time.
In my opinion, the demonstrated attitude of the staff was that they were not concerned with the providing for the customer satisfaction. The manager was very considerate and indicated that he had been there for a short time and was having staff and training problems. In my opinion, it seems to be more of a staff...
Read moreIf I could give this location less than a 1 star I ABSOLUTELY would. Started off by walking in the restaurant to not be greeted and a cashier that would rather play around with her peers than take orders. We repeated our order several times for it to come out wrong. I then asked for a manager and that seemed like an inconvenience to our server. The manager then comes out and I show him the silverware that clearly has food and paper and things all over it and my incorrect order. The manager takes it back I wait 15 mins before going to the counter and the manager says he thought I left. He remakes my potato and it’s WRONG AGAIN!! I told him not to worry about it I would just pick off what I could. So disappointed in this location and the staff present today and their inability to deal with a messed up order in a professional manner. Upon going to the counter to ask to speak to someone else a young man asks what I need and I explain it to him, he then laughs and says the manager I don’t want to speak to is the general manager and thought it was hilarious. They then go to the counter directly behind the register and have a conversation while pointing at me like I’m not standing there. Completely unprofessional!! I know everyone is short handed and I can appreciate that but they definitely need some customer service help from the management down. Read moreCalled for a to go order an hour before the closed and sadly did not get all of my food, I was missing a kids Mac and cheese with a side of Mac and cheese. I tried to call back to get it fixed but my calls weren’t getting picked up and for a few calls the phone was answered then immediately hung up. The phone was FINALLY picked up at 9 exactly when they closed and when I asked for the manager they said well we’re closed… ok. Then the Manager Dustin got on the phone with an attitude not even trying to make the situation correct just said well we’re closed and the system is down. When my mom got on the phone he had a change of tone for all of 2 seconds we told him what happened and instead of apologizing he just said well I’m in the back so I don’t know what’s going on up front. My mom clearly frustrated saying that we’re only around the corner but no one is trying to fix a simple mistake. He then got even louder with my mom telling her to calm down and she doesn’t need to catch an attitude only offering to give some money back on the order by this point Dustin is yelling at us to the point where we have to talk louder for him to hear us.
