Subway — Restaurant in Indiana

I did the mobile order option for picked up my order at 1pm and it said I’d be done at 1:30, so I arrived at Subway at 130 to got it and sat in the store for 10 minutes, they have a pickup rack so I was just waiting, while I was waiting I checked my subway app and it says that the order is ready and to “hurry up”. So I go up to the counter to see what’s going on and the subway artist (I think that’s what they are called) that I asked IMMEDIATELY gave me an attitude and wouldn’t even let me finish asking her if my order is in her ticket pile. Then as I’m waiting for my food I hear her telling another costumer that she finds it annoying when people that do online order come up to the counter to ask where there food is and that online orders are made when they “have time”. I finally got my food at 155, which insane considering I was in the store WAITING for my food for 25 mins and the order had been placed for 55 minutes. I’ve ordered at the counter and watched them skipping the costumers in store at the counter to make the online...

I came to this Subway after leaving Mooresville Subway because they were outta all soups & my preferred bread. This Subway was also out of my bread & all soups. The employee asked me to have a seat tho because another employee was sent to Walmart to pick up more bread & they'd be back any moment (Baked fresh in store daily? Really?) She also sternly stated they aren't making more soup for just one person because it'll get wasted. So I left without ordering & drove all the way to 465 & Kentucky to a 24-hour Subway where they can keep making soup without it being 'wasted'. Note: at the Mooresville store it was an hour before close, all 3 employees sitting at table in dining area & literally remained seated until I was in front of counter. I would've ordered another type bread had they not been out of all soups as well. Didn't have much more luck at 24-hour Subway because they were outta chicken soup & chocolate chip cookies too. Most of the staff was great except for a young lady named Clara. She made it a horrible experience due to her attitude. Granted I got 4 sandwiches total but she didn't need to slam thing on the counter. Their system went down and I was happy to wait. She again got an attitude with one of the young men working like it was his fault. She was trying to make him look dumb. Waiting on the system she said now do you remember the order, when he didn't answer fast enough she gave him a dirty look. When the system was finally starting up she yelled acrossed the room what the order was. At this point I had enough of her attitude so I did yell to her that it wasn't up yet.
