[UPDATE: Almost a month since I’ve been calling, have been told twice now that my “refund has been initiated” NOPE still have not refunded me my $80 and I have to keep calling them to inquire about it which is unprofessional. Stop lying to me!!! So I also asked them to email me a refund confirmation and had to ask if they sre going to need my email and they said “oh yeah” they are so quick to try to get you off the phone. Never got an email and still no refund. With their lack of service and bad food I definitely will never go to this location again” I ordered 50 WINGS ALL FLATS & WELL DONE. HALF OF my order was THE WRONG FLAVOR. I called them to get a refund because how long it took and the amount of the order wrong as well as it being $80 FOR 50 WINGS WAS UNACCEPTABLE!!!! And they made me come back and bring the wrongs wings did not apologize and their customer service WAS HORRIBLE. They had to look at my wrong order and then made me wait almost ANOTHER hour. Totaling up to almost two hours for a new batch of 25 stupid wings. After 30 mins passed I asked how long is this going to take at this point?? And was told they are sorry and to “sit down” which made me more furious.THEN no manager was there and they had to call him on the phone to speak with me. Read moreWe order a pickup order online on june 29 at 12:01 am. My husband showed up about 12:10 - 12:20 for the order as they were locking the doors. We were unable to get our food. Called the following day, could hardly understand anything she was saying. Had a very heavy a, said a refund would take up to 7 days. Spent 74.50. They said they can't make my food, they want me to spend more money. Said I can't get a refund after I called back a few weeks later cause I never received the refund I said I would get. The lady said it isn't her fault that they can't do nothing about it. Then was put on hold, then hung up on. I am still trying to find a way to get done right by this establishment. I just wanted my money back or food, now I think I deserve that and more for the horrible service, and things not being made right. Read moreCan’t believe this place has several good reviews because when I went there yesterday it was an absolute disaster. We waited nearly an hour to get our order and it still never came out correctly. They kept giving us the wrong items I think from another persons ticket. We had to keep retelling them all the items we ordered. Nearly every other customer waiting in the restaurant was having the same issue. After about half hour I asked for a refund as I just wanted to leave but they talked me into giving them more time/another chance. I should have gone with my instincts and just left but felt bad so kept waiting and still it took several tries to get even part of our order. Place was so chaotic that nothing was getting done correctly. My wife and daughter never did end up getting what they ordered but by that time we had given up. I know it’s a new place and takes some time to work out kinks but this was one of the most frustrating restaurant experiences I’ve ever had.
