It is unfortunate to be unable to give this particular Wendy’s anything above a one-star rating, but here we are. Looking for a quick, inexpensive dinner, I stopped in on a Tuesday evening to enjoy a “4 for 4.” Once the staff could be bothered enough to take my order; I waited about 5 minutes for it to show up at the counter, sans nugget sauce. Once returning to ask for the sauce, I was told by one of three young men, “oh, hold on - we’ll be with you in a minute.” Clearly they needed to finish a conversation, as they were not doing anything else. A manager had to come ask what I needed. When I asked her for sauce, one of the three boys said, “good luck,” implying they were out. After another minute or so, he came out with an entire box of sauce.
The food was okay, the service was clearly lacking. And while I understand the store was being operated by primarily high school-aged kids, it was still a great disappointment. Their language was inappropriate, their attitude and demeanor was inadequate, and one had his pants nearly falling off. I do not need to see a child’s underwear. Not a little - not the entire rear end of a young man. It was disgusting.

Read moreI generally love Wendy's, however, I had one of the most upsetting experiences last Saturday night. When I placed my order with the young lady, I asked for the number 8 meal, Asiago spicy. My wife also ordered her sandwich. I knew they were short handed because the manager on duty was working the grill. Her name is Sophia. She was shop talking about writing someone up for not showing up. We had no problem waiting extra for our food but when it was ready, Sophia called our order up. When I came up to get it, there were 3 sandwiches on the tray and two fries. I asked if this was our order and she repeated the order, they added a spicy chicken sandwich which we did not order. 100%the young girls fault. Well Sophia went to register refunded 5 bucks for the overcharge, laid it on the counter, then told me Merry Christmas! The staff at this establishment demonstrated a lack of professionalism that was concerning. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the atmosphere was chaotic and disorganized.
Not only was the service subpar, but the quality of the food served was appalling. On multiple occasions, my orders were incomplete, with missing items or incorrectly prepared dishes. This inconsistency in food quality is unacceptable, and it has consistently marred my dining experience at this Wendy's location.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this Wendy's to anyone seeking a pleasant and satisfying meal. The combination of unprofessional service and low-quality food has left me with a negative impression of this establishment.
