Arby's — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Normally this place is ok. It's not great but it's not terrible. However today was the worst experience I've ever had here.

I went through the drive thro to get food for me and a one other person, so 2 meals. One of the meals were correct but the other was not. I asked for a medium and was handed a small. When I pointed this out, the drive thro lady rolled her eyes and tried to blame me for not saying I wanted a medium when in fact I told her at the speaker I wanted a medium. I was literally the third word I said in regards to the second meal.

So she fixes the drink and gives me my card back. I ask for a receipt and she, with an attitude, asks for someone to print a receipt off for me. I then pull forward to wait for the food (not a big deal as one of the items needed made still and takes a min)

The food is brought out and the fries are not the medium they are supposed to be and I also don't have the sauce I asked for. I pull around to park and go inside. The same lady walks up to me and with an attitude asks what I need. I ask for the sauce and say my fries are not the medium requested. She SNATCHES the fries from my hand and aggressively throws them into the trash can before getting new ones.

The entire time I was there she had an attitude from start to end just because I asked for the food I had ordered. Not sure if it was a bad day but I also know they were messing up other people orders because as soon as I walked out from getting mine fixed, another car was going inside to get...

Went thru the drive thru to get kids meals. Ordered 2 kids meals roast beef with applesauce and white milk. Picked up grandkids and let them eat their food. They took one bite and the tears started immediately. They were crying and yelling "it's too spicy, it's too spicy!!" I, of course, didnt understand how a kids roast beef would be spicy and checked their sandwiches. They were both covered with jalapenos! Tried to call the restaurant 5 times and no one would answer. Called the 800# on their website and the rep said a manager would call me back. THAT WAS 2 WEEKS AGO. Will never go back. Shame on you Arbys! Those twins are 3. It took me 10 minutes to calm them down and you couldn't even bother to call to explain! ...

The food I got at this Arby's was disgusting. I got a classic beef and cheddar and one of their Mac and cheese. The bin on my sandwich had crusty parts, and the beef in the sandwich didn't taste good either. When I tried the Mac and cheese, it tasted like the pasta wasn't fully cooked. Normally, I would call the restaurant and complain and request a replacement or refund. But I was there for a doctor's appt and didn't taste the food till I was on the highway on the way home.
