I've been to the one in Greenwood and the one in Castleton. The one in Greenwood, thr food was really greasy. The one here wasn't. I don't know if it was because they just refilled the pan with what I ordered or because it's just better. The menu was hard to read because it kept flashing different pictures and combos, really pushing the 3 entree combo. My husband and I both got a 2 entree combo which was supposed to come with 2 entrees, a drink, and either fried rice, white rice, or noodles. My husband got white rice, bourbon chicken, and the spicy (thai?) chicken and white rice. I got bourbon chicken, crab rangoon, white rice, and a cup of water. I was having trouble understanding the first lady in line. I was asking if they had brown rice and she kept pointing to the fried rice and asking which rice. I was surprised to see their orange chicken and another entree (I don't remember which one) cost $.50 more to your meal. I was also disappointed that they still charged us for the full combo when my husband didn't get a drink. I asked for water for a drink and they gave me a kid's size cup. Even paying for the combo. They didn't give me a bottle of water, let alone an adult size cup of water. They also didn't have chopsticks which was disappointing since their white rice was actually sticky/perfect to eat like that! There were a few burned parts on my chicken and a few extra chewey pieces (ligaments I think). Crab rangoon was average but hot. Overall the food was slightly better than what I expected. Mine was hot, not as greasy as the Greenwood location, and the sticky rice was a nice surprise. Overall, it loses stars for the price/customer service, lack of entree choices, two rotating menu screens that often displayed the same 3 combo "deal," and added extra cost for the orange chicken. I consider it expensive because we could pay $20 or less for some authentic Japanese food close to the mall and it is much better than here. (We didn't go there because they were closed for a party the night we were in the area). It's medicore. Alright if you're hungry and still have shopping to do. Otherwise, for medicore I'd rather go eat at the Panda Express outside the mall where I have significantly more entree options.

beware of the extra charge they add to your receipt!! I didn’t look at my receipt until I got home and found out that they charged $0.50 extra for orange chicken that It wasn’t on my plate??!! I only got bourbon chicken and Spicy thai chicken. That’s it!!! 50 cents is nothing! I’m just disappointed at their service and honesty. Imagine if they do this to 50 people a day? It adds up! I love their food, I wrote this review so that people will pay more attention to their bills.

I had an awful experience here. I usually eat here like once a week so I generally know how much I pay for my meal. The extra .50¢ egg roll is actually $2.39 and they straight up put “upsell” on my receipt. To make it right they gave me my $2.29 back, but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place and it shouldn’t have been so hard to get my money back. The food was fatty as well. Overall just extremely disappointed.

Came from out of town. Decided to give them a try as the food looked similar to Cajun Cafe in Aurora IL. I was very disappointed in the lack of flavor. Really overpriced. $27 wasted

My order consisted of Chow Main, Spicy Chicken, Mongolian Chicken and egg rolls.

•The Chow Main was really overcooked, the noodles turned into a paste in my mouth. They also had no flavor, in an attempt to save them I added soy sauce to them but still did not help. •The "Spicy" Chicken was not spicy nor was it very flavorful. The onions were the saving grace for that specific entree option. The Chiken was dark meat but it had gummy texture. •The Mongolian Chicken I would simply advise all to skip unless you like little bits of chewy chicken with your fried batter. The batter itself was a bit hard to chew from how thick it was. Thankfully they didn't mess up the egg rolls which were fried perfectly. You can definitely tell they came from a deep freezer and into a fryer.

I would not eat here again. Oh and they had no coca...

If there was a way to leave zero stars and still be able to leave a review, I would DEFINITELY do it for this place!!! This review has nothing to do with emotion but only facts! For 2 entrees and 2 sides, they charge $14!!! The kicker for me is that they are confused on what an entree is!!! They charged me that price for some chicken, rice, and green beans!!! That is technically 1 entree and 2 sides!!! And that's not it! They only gave me 5 pieces of meat (my actual entree) and half a plate of rice and the other green beans!!! I tried to get my money back for this rip off but I threw my receipt in the trash so they wouldn't refund my money because I didn't have a receipt!!! I know this is a mall fast food joint but customer service and ethical business practices is universal and this establishment should be shut down for ripping people off!!! I have attached a pic in the general pic section so you can see what I got for the price that...
