Bob's Tu Your Door Pizza — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Don't use their online ordering. It's a scam.

I submitted an online order and after an hour I have not received my pizza. I called the store to see what was going on. I was informed that the online order does not work. I asked about the charge that I got on my card. They said I needed to call the third party to get it refunded. I informed them that I ordered straight from their website and I don't know who the third party is. They told me that there was a third party but they don't know who they are but I need to contact them. They hung up on me (to be fair, I did drop the f-bomb when I reiterated that I ordered from their own website) so I went down there and they refused to answer any questions and told me to leave.

Worst part is they kept saying that I took a risk using my card online WHEN I USED THEIR OWN WEBSITE.

Edit: I want to respond to a few things from the owner's reply. I never threatened an employee. I told the employee on the phone that I used your own effing website when they kept saying I needed to contact the third party but they told me they don't know who the third party is. I was frustrated as they weren't explaining anything. You said your internet and phones were down, yet I was able to call the store? Saying you have the right to carry in this instance is absolutely insane.

Long Post BUT....

I was weaned on this "Family Neighborhood" Pizza 🍕🍕🍕😋😋😋 When my parents lived on Wade/Boyd To Asbury/Walker Streets ! Every weekend was a "Bob's Weekend !" EVERYONE wanted Bob's ! 💞

I live on the Gulf Coast now & everytime I'm "Back Home In Indiana" it's one of my 1st stops if not two !! 🥰 I'm in HEAVEN. Even left out on the counter over night next morning room temperature Bob's was/is STILL the BOMB ! 😋

Gotta have "My Bob's !!" Been through life with these people through various generations, deaths, births, sadness & joy - I may not know all their names as they took over from those before them - But They were/are still "Family." 💞

When I got married & moved to Camby years ago they met us on Mann Rd...They eventually opened one in Mooresville & it was great to have one closer...While I was thankful, my 💜 belonged to Carson Ave & still does. They never change ! 😁

I'll keep going as long as I can & as long as they keep standing...& beyond as I just KNOW there will be one in HEAVEN ! 💫

Now....if I could ONLY get them to open one here on...

I have eaten Bob's over 1000 times since it first opened. The staff faces have changed a little over the years. But its the same wonderful family. Always clean. Always friendly. I am not convinced how much I love it. Bob's has always been there for me through 100 girlfriends, 2 wives 9000 beers, and a whole lot of other stuff. I had frozen half cooked brought to me in California while in the military. Flown with Bob's pizza as a carry on. Taken Pizzas to Florida to a friend who enjoyed Bob's with me as kids on weekend sleepovers. I think if anybody really knows me I told them about Bob's 1000 times. All my friends and family eat Bob's Its more than just pizza. Its family its Indianapolis Its just really really good pizza. Right now my kid is driving from Greenfield to pick up 4 Bob's pizza pies. I only hope there is a Bob's in heaven. I think you get the idea I love Bob's alot. Go in and tellem...
