I don’t eat beef or pork so BBB has never been high on my list of places to eat. It’s true they have a turkey and plant burger on the menu but neither ever sounded appealing to me. But, today for some reason I was drawn to the restaurant. I googled their menu beforehand and saw they had a cod sandwich on the menu so I decided to try it. BBB may be known for their burgers but for all of you Pescatarians out their cod fish sandwich is absolutely delectable. The fish is crispy on the outside and flakey on the inside. It wasn’t over battered and it was not overcooked. It’s served on a soft, buttery brioche bun. The creamy tartar sauce was spread on the bottom bun and the lettuce, tomatoes, and red onions were fresh. The pickles(on the side) were fresh with a snap and tasty too. I ordered the Bru Fries that’s served with house ketchup(yum) sauce, black pepper mayo sauce, and House Chipotle BBQ sauce. The ketchup is absolutely delicious. It’s not thick like bottle ketchup. I asked for more because it was so good. I tasted the house BBQ sauce. It was good but I was hooked on the ketchup. I didn’t taste the mayo sauce.

I am from the Chicago region and was visiting two friends who live in the area when we decided to have lunch at Bru Bar. We arrived around 12:30 p.m. on a Thursday and were greeted promptly. We were a walk-in for a group of three and were also seated quickly. Our server greeted us, and I could tell he was in a frenzy. (It was busy). However, that did not stop him from being pretty great! My friend had The Beginning Burger, my other colleague had the Impossible burger, and I had the Sriracha Ceasar Salad. My colleague couldn't stop raving about his burger and was thrilled to see a vegan option. My salad was AMAZING!! I was honestly second-guessing the hot sauce with the Ceasar dressing, but I am so glad I still decided to try it. I also added grilled chicken to my salad and was happy I did. I cleaned my plate and even anticipated purchasing another Sriracha Ceasar salad to go. However, I am disappointed that the nearest Bru Burger is about an hour and a half from NorthWest Indiana. Next time I visit, I will be stopping here for their salad!

Surprisingly busy for a Monday around 6 p.m., and the place had a great buzz. It had been a while since our last visit, but the service and food were just as good as we remembered. We shared two appetizers — the triple dip (our favorite) and the onion rings. For mains, my wife had the Provincial Burger. She enjoyed it but thought it had a bit too much cheese. I had the cod sandwich — crispy, flavorful, and packed with texture. Really well done. These dish’s and our previous visits pictured here. One odd thing: neither sandwich came with fries. Maybe that’s how it’s always been, but we didn’t remember it that way. My cod sandwich was $15 with no side — a bit pricey. Our total came to about $69 before tip. Not cheap, but the place is clean, comfortable, and has a great atmosphere. Service is always excellent, and the burgers are top-notch. Plenty of seating options: booths, split booths, tables, bar seating, and outdoor tables. Lots of free parking, including around eight handicap spots right in front.

I'm a big fan of burgers, and I've been to my fair share of burger joints in Indianapolis. But BRU Burger at Keystone Crossing is definitely one of my favorites. The burgers are simply amazing. The patty is juicy and flavorful, and the toppings are fresh and delicious. I especially love the BRU Burger, which is topped with bacon, cheddar cheese, avocado, and a fried egg. The fries are also top-notch. They're crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and they're perfectly seasoned. The service at BRU Burger is also excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they're always happy to make recommendations. The atmosphere at BRU Burger is casual and relaxed. It's a great place to go for a casual meal with friends or family. Overall, I highly recommend BRU Burger at Keystone Crossing. It's one of the best burger joints in Indianapolis. mato, and BRU sauce. The fries are also great, and they come with a variety of dipping sauces.

The service at BRU Burger Bar is also excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they always make sure you have everything you need.

The atmosphere at BRU Burger Bar is casual and relaxed. The restaurant is located in the Keystone at the Crossing shopping center, so it's a great place to go before or after a shopping trip.

My husband and I have been to many Bru Burger locations and always had a great experience. We went to this particular one on my birthday back in July. I ordered an impossible burger and immediately upon receiving it I noticed it did not look like the impossible burger. I tried a bite (it tasted like beef) and then asked my husband, who is not a vegan, to try it. He agreed that it tasted and looked like beef. We notified out waitress who then brought the manager over. He insisted that's just how "convincing" the impossible burger is. Mind you, I've been a vegan for over 3 years. I've had many impossible burgers. I knew this wasn't one. He said he would get the cooks to make a new one, even though it was surely an impossible burger, because he knew it was "sometimes just a psychological thing". They brought me a new burger and it was indeed the impossible burger and was completely different than what they originally brought me. Not only was the manager condescending, but he acted like their mistake was actually just me not knowing what an impossible burger was. He did not offer to comp anything, as most establishments do when they make a mistake, but continued to insist it was my fault. Our waitress was lovely, and we don't fault her whatsoever, but thanks to the manager we will definitely not go back to...

Bru Burger has been one of my favorite restaurants in Indianapolis for over five years now. I have eaten at almost every location and never had a bad experience...until last Friday. Let me preface this by saying our waitress was GREAT and our food was AWESOME. However, I had called over a month ago to ask about a large party reservation, to ensure that I booked it in time. They said to call back 10 days prior to when I wanted to make the reservation for. I called, placed my reservation on the phone, and got a confirmation text.

When those in my party of 13 began to arrive, the restaurant stated they didn't have a reservation under my name. They were extremely rude to those in my party and didn't seem to care. When the confirmation text was shown, they quickly changed course. However, I approached the manager when I arrived to ensure that I had done everything correctly and he was very rude and acted like the entire situation was my fault. "I don't know how you made a reservation, but it's not in our system and I don't know how you got that text message."

I can understand the frustration, but no need to take it out on the customer who was just trying to plan a nice birthday dinner.

Needless to say, I will not be returning to this Bru...
