Had a great experience! I went to get a pair of couple rings for my girl friend and for myself. All employees greeted me as I walked in, and I did not wait long time until Sheetal came to assist what I was looking for. It was my first time buying a ring so I had a lot of questions to ask, but she answered with great manner. Only thing I noticed was that while having a small talk, she asked me if I was going to present the ring to my girl friend in China, after I told her I was flying to meet my girl friend. I am Asian but I never said that I was from China and I was actually flying to Rhode Island to meet my girl friend. It did not bother me at all, as I know not everyone would know or even care where I am really from, so in that case I just happily correct or inform them. However I thought it would have been more of a courtesy to ask more questions before assuming my identity or not assuming anything at all. Other than that, everything was very satisfactory especially in terms of the service she provided and the product itself. After purchasing two beautiful gold rings, Sheetal texted me when the product was shipped for delivery and provided me with a tracking number, and made sure that I got those on my hands. I presented one of them to my girl friend with a surprise and she was so happy to see a ring I bought from Tiffay & Co, which I later found out that it was her most favorite jewelry brand. I thought my ring was little too loose when my fingers are cold, so I informed Sheetal that I wanted to custom resized, and went back to the store. Although resizing was complimentary, she still took care of it professionally, and helped me to get that ring resized and delivered back to me promptly within a week. I could not ask for more because I am highly satisfied with everything. One thing I am certain is that for our next rings, my girl friend and I are coming back to...
Read moreI had an appointment at the Tiffany & Co. store located at 8701 Keystone Crossing, Indianapolis, IN 46240 on May 5th, 2025 at 11:30 AM to have a bracelet repaired—a service that should have been handled with professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately, I was met with shockingly rude and condescending treatment from one of the store’s employees.
I arrived a little early for my appointment, and instead of being greeted or treated with basic respect, the employee immediately asked me—“Did you purchase the bracelet from Tiffany?”—in a harsh and accusatory tone. This was not a polite or routine question; it was said with clear judgment, as though I didn’t belong in the store or was somehow trying to pass off a counterfeit item. It was completely inappropriate, especially considering I had a confirmed appointment.
To make matters worse, she beat on the glass countertop with her cellphone and told me to “step right there,” pointing to a spot in front of the jewelry case with a rude and aggressive tone. Her demeanor was nasty, dismissive, and downright condescending the entire time.
This is not the level of service or professionalism that anyone should receive—especially not from a brand like Tiffany & Co., which claims to value luxury, respect, and elegance. I left feeling insulted and humiliated. I sincerely hope that management at the Indianapolis Keystone Crossing location addresses this employee’s unacceptable behavior. No customer should ever be made to feel...
Read moreMy wife purchased my ring from this store in August. Went to this location to get my wedding ring resized a couple weeks after getting married. I was told it would take 3 weeks to get it back (was even written on my receipt). About a month went by and I called to follow up on the status of the ring. The lady told me on the phone that the ring was already picked up. I did not pick up my ring and neither did my wife. After hours of them trying to figure out what was going on, they found that someone closed my account instead of someone else's when they picked up their ring. Also the order number that was on the receipt was different then the one in their system. I met with a manager in store that night, and she told me that my ring was in the final stages of resizing and it would be in the following week. After getting the run around, and feeling lied to, they finally admitted that the ring that was part of my wedding ceremony and gifted to me by my now wife was lost. When trying to work with management about how to make this terrible situation better, they only offered to give me a lifetime of complimentary sizing - aka, how we got here in the first place, by allowing them to size my ring. Would suggest anyone go to a local jeweler where customer service is a priority and often will size jewelry purchased from them at no...
