I do not recommend going to this location. Our visit was unsatisfactory. We chose this location because Greenwood is a reputable area and we wanted our daughter to enjoy her birthday dinner and her frist visit to a BWW. I, myself have been to many BWW locations throughout the entire state of Indiana. I have never had a negative experience as I had at this location in Greenwood. Throughly disappointed. The establishment was nearly empty. The inside is much larger than it appears from the outside and larger than the other BWW that I have visited. This was impressive. However as I mentioned it was nearly empty. I saw approximately 5 tables of customers. We stood waiting approximately 10 minutes to be seated. Why ? The young lady that seated us asked if we wanted a booth or table. We told her a booth. She seated us . This was good. We let her know that it was our daughter's 17th birthday and asked if they would sing to her. We were told they didn't do this but we could talk to our server. When our server came we let her know that it was our daughter's 17th birthday and asked if they could sing to her. She told us that they don't do that but they do have one employee that will do it and he had the day off. I have seen in other BWW that the staff sings Happy Birthday and mentioned this to our server and she stated once again that they don't do this but they could give our daughter a complimentary scoop of icecream. I said that would be fine. My daughter never received her icecream. My daughter and I had to use the lady's room. The small was not pleasant. The paper towel dispenser was empty. The had dryer was broken. Very upsetting. My daughter told our server that she did not want the carrots and celery that came with her meal. They were served to her anyway. As we ordered I felt as though our server was trying to force us to order more as she asked each of us over and over " what else " apposed to " is there anything else " or " will that be all " as is normally asked once or twice. Rude. Our server was minimally attentive to our table. Our drinks were refilled but not before they ran empty. She was not even in sight for us to get her attention to ask for refills. Unacceptable. I had asked for a tea and a water , she looked confused and asked if I wanted both. I confirmed I did. Once she understood, the look on her face made me feel as though there was a problem ordering both. Unprofessional. The atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming. The atmosphere of my previous BWW was that of being at a buddies house for the big game. In other words, inviting and energized or electric. When she brought us our bill she sat it on the table letting us know that this our bill but not who or how we pay. When we asked she stated that we pay her. I felt she was gone a bit to long with my card and the astonishment being nearly empty. What took her so long ? I have since canceled that card. We normally leave a fair tip. However with so many unsatisfactory points we did not leave a tip. Please if you want to visit a BWW I suggest going to the one in Downtown Indianapolis or Kokomo IN as theses were the two best locations I have visited . The location in Greenwood needs to improve a lot to be worthy to...
Read moreWe have been going to bw3 for years now and back and forth between this location and the emerson/county line rd location tonight I noticed alot of opportunities that need addressed. We arrived at 7:40pm location had 70% of the seats empty but tables not cleaned. Took 20 minutes to clean off a table for us so first I was thinking they are just understaffed. Then when we were seated 20 minutes later our order was taken waiter was complaining about a bartender that left which made it "harder" on everyone. We waited nicely never talked or saw anyone the whole time. At 8:50 everything arrived at once with a missing kids dinner. Boneless wings were ice cold, glossy, and hard. They had been sitting under the light for atleast 20 minutes. When the issues was addressed were told it's because of the Traditional wings which were ice cold as well so that was a straight lie. We were told a manager would come talk to us. Some one came and got all the wings to replace them all. Not sure at this point who it was then a 3rd waiter dropped off the wings at this time it's 9:30 and we just asked for to go boxes. Then out original waiter came back. I explained I haven't taked to a manager yet. Then the second employee came back who was the manager but still never said anything untill I asked if she was the manager who stated they would credit us for the wings and give us a 20$ credit for next time. I'm a manager myself to a smaller business then bw3 and this would never fly the manager basically ignored us untill I had to ask who was the manager. Still left a tip since that's who I am and we left. End of story we wasted 2 hours of our life and won't be back, they can keep there 20$ credit it's not worth it. If this location wants to stay in business they need new management, increase staffing, a new training/ scheduling model and the company needs to...
Read moreI ordered my food at 11:06 p.m. on January 1st, 2021 and my husband picked it up 30 minutes later. We had ordered a 6 piece parmesan garlic chicken wings with the carrot/celery side with ranch, southwest philly with no jalapenos, a side of queso, and a salad. We ordered other things, but that part’s irrelevant. We were missing the carrot/celery side with ranch and the queso, my husbands philly had jalapenos, which are hard on his acid reflux, and we were given no straws for our drinks or utensils for my husbands salad. I called a few minutes before they closed and the girl that answered was of no help whatsoever. She informed me that the vegetables were free, so they couldn’t be refunded. That was it. She didn’t offer to take my name down and let me get them another day. I was so dumbfounded at her inability to even attempt a resolution, I pretended it was okay and hung up. At the time of calling we didn’t know about the other mistakes in our order. I want to point out that since the veggies come with the order, I did indeed pay for them, even if they’re classified as free. I ordered them as part of my meal, so I literally received half of my meal. I also want to point out that it’s a good thing my husband isn’t allergic to jalapenos. Such a simple mistake can hurt someone who is. If the restaurant is interested in helping, I do have our receipt. I’d like a resolution, but if everyone who works there is like the girl who answered, I doubt I’ll get one. My apologies for not getting her name. She spoke too quickly when...
