Horrible horrible experience! Rude obnoxious and don't listen to the customer. My friend went there with a cracked sreen and charging portwas messed up. 1-1/2 hrs later his phone was totally fixed free of charge. My girlfriend went in yesterday with phone freezing up. 1-1/2 hrs later she walked out with a new phone. I take the exact same model in my girlfriend had before the swap with the exact same problem plus headphone jack not working and 1-1/2 hrs later they say my phone is fixed. As I'm walking out to the truck my phone froze up and buttons were not working. I take it back in and tell the person at the desk it's still freezing up.He asked me to wait and they'll get it taken care of. I stand there watching him help customer after customer until finally I interrupt and ask if they are going to fix my phone. He looks at me and says "Oh yeah I forgot about you" and says he'll take my phone back to the technician and it will be another hour and a half. At this point I'm getting aggregated and ask to speak to a manager. He takes my phone to the back room and when he returns he tells me the manager is eating lunch and will be there when I return for my phone. I ask if there's any way to speed things up as they had my phone for almost 2 hours already. He goes to the back room and returns quickly saying "the technician will be out in a couple of minutes. The tech comes out with my phone in his hand disassembled and shows me what looks like mayonnaise on the circuit board with no signs of water or any other kind of damage. I ask how that could happen and he says someone put it there. I explain that I have no way of putting something inside of the phone and ask again how it could've gotten there and he says he doesn't know. But it's not fixable and I would have to pay 150$ to replace my junk Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime. I again ask for a manager or someone in charge. The manager comes out and is very rude and obnoxious. He refused to even make eye contact with me as he tells me the phone is unfixable and he's sorry for my inconvenience. I ask what can be done and he rudely says pay 150$ for another Grand Prime. Very aggregated I go to the sprint store inside radioshack next toShoppers world and they were AWESOME gave me an upgrade for only 30$ and asked who I talked to at the other store. I give him the card the other manager gave me and the card I was given when I asked for a corporate number. He looked at the cards and said that the card for the manager wasn't even the manager's card and the card they gave me for corporate wasn't the right one either. So... if you have problems with your Sprint phone and aren't a woman or a hip young guy like my friend who got his screen fixed for free (they told me that wasn't even covered ) then good luck at this store. They show favoritism to some people and are completely rude to others. Hope I never have to go to that location ever again. The only reason I even have Sprint after that experience is because of the very polite and professional gentleman at the...
Read moreI am so disappointed in the customer care offered by this location and the one on E. Washington st. My phone has a recall and I was at this location today to exchange my phone. When I was at the one on E. Washington St. it was doing the defect and they sent me away....This location Asheed ( I think I spelled it right) pretty much called me a liar. I was sent there by Sprint Customer care after they first te other location sent me away....Customer Care called first to make sure my model was in stock and informed them of my issues. I was told I could just exchange my phone because of the defect. I called to make an appointment only to find out this location had to diagnose the defect that had already been recalled. I was willing to do that, didn't see the point but I was willing. The defect over heats the phone and cracks the screen, burns up the flash and such. It's in the mother board of the phone. Asheed noticed my screen was cracked and told me that I had to use my insurance to get a new phone and they would not diagnose it because my screen was cracked.....long story short. I left without a new phone and upset. With a phone that is a fire hazard. My phone has left burns on my hand. There are very thorough notes in my account as to the problems I am having. I called customer care I will get my new phone free of charge on Monday without using my insurance. Customer Care is also baffled as to why they sent me away too and as to why they did not honor the recall.....I do not recommend going to this location. Hell if Best Buy knows about they recall why didn't they and why did Asheed pretty much call me a liar and not look at the...

Went to this t-mobile after being transferred from another one. The t mobile I was at previously had called this one and told me that the t-mobile that they were sending me to would get me right in. So, I traveled to this one and got checked in.
We waited. And waited. And waited. In their defense, they were busy but how they handled it was disappointing. It had been 30mins and we tried to get noticed by the manager -another sprint member had asked us the story and he went up to the manager. The manager did not even look at us and stated "yeah, I have the phone."
We waited 1.5hrs total before finally deciding to leave. Normally, I would have expected this on a busy day... but.. with waiting at the other store and the other store calling ahead of time and telling us that this t-mobile will get us right in. It was untruthful and disappointing how the manager did not even say one word to us of "sorry, we will be with you. I do apologize about this wait. I'm thinking so and so more minutes." But NO... not even a glance in our direction.
We left and I decided to call the other t mobile store on how we would not recommend this t-mobile for anyone to be sent to and proceeded to tell him the story. He was apologetic and offered to make it right on a another day.
However, this particular t-mobile store is not somewhere I will step in again or recommend. I'll try somewhere else...
