A while back, I attended a company's event where this café had a booth. Let me say, the cheesecake was absolutely amazing and I was so excited to talk more with the lady running the booth. After talking to another person, I learned that they sell infused food and as someone who is new to this, I was very excited to learn more. As soon as I even mentioned it to the lady at the booth, she turned very rude and got louder, asking my age. Once I told her my age, she scoffed like I was lying and kept telling me "Well we ID". I understand that you guys have very strict guidelines to abide by and that you can never be careful enough, but as someone who is of age, I felt like I was being berated and treated like a child. I almost pulled out my ID to prove I was of age and I wasn't even buying anything that required it. I was very excited to come check the place out, but after that I really don't know if I want to spend my money here. Very sad considering how good...
Read moreThe food and drinks are good but the service is poor. Went into the cafe yesterday and the AC was broken so no food available or kind customer service was performed. The cashier was irritated and kept rushing me to order. When I got my order, I made a mess putting the lid on correctly (she ended up giving me a little bit extra). When I asked for an extra cup to put over the sticky one she got mad and said she would just wash the cup off. She said, “I was just trying to give you a little bit extra...” almost like I wasn’t appreciative of it even though I was. The extra amount was just dripping off the sides a lot. I kept telling her things happen and it’s fine but she was still irritated. Honestly, i wasted money and time coming here for poor service. If the lack of AC is going to make you irritated then just close for the day. That will save poor service and poor reviews...

I called in to order a big chipotle and a pressed juice for pick up, and was asked to be put on hold. Normally, this is 100% okay but it was a 5 minute hold and I could hear the cashier or lady on the phone talking with a co-worker.... when she finally picked back up the phone, I placed my order and the lady on the phone was constantly distracted and at one point yelled, going back and forth with some other person in the store, and not attentive to the fact that a paying customer was on the phone wanting to order.
