Tiger Sugar — Restaurant in Indianapolis

WOW, this place is slow and so expensive and imho, not worth the wait or the price. I took my son here 2 days ago, and there was a bunch of people sitting waiting for their drinks(I wish I would have noticed that)! We ordered 2 teas at 12:46PM I received my receipt via SMS. Then we waited...During our wait, the gentlemen that took our order, called out numbers for people waiting only to ask them what they wanted to substitute as they were out of something that went in their drink(this happened twice). Then when it was his turn to make my sons tea, he said, sorry but we are out of passionfruit Boba. What would you like to substitute it with?

So finally at 1:17 he called our number and we got our drinks. I got the peach tea, with popping peach BOBA, and honestly as if the wait wasn't long enough, the tea was horrible. I was so disappointed! My son told me he would rather go to the mall and get one there next time, so I guess that is what we will do.

I would avoid this place at all costs, at least until they have their staffing and ordering of products...

I recently came to this stores because I heard good post about it on social media. I have bad allergies that makes me not be able to try certain types of food and drinks. But, a young lady that seems to be working by herself was very helpful to me when ordering on what I should get and giving me full details on them. Even, thought it seems to be kinda busy she was still able provide me the best customer service. The place is very affordable and they are tasty I really like it! I will come back again! And the young Asian lady with brownish/blonde hair was very thoughtful to check on me and how the food was. I really appreciate the customer service I had and the place is very beautiful...

The drinks are good however, today I ordered taiyaki for my kids. We requested two cream filled two Oreo and one red bean. Only after the order was done did they say that they didn't have Oreo so l asked if they could do Nutella instead and the girl just looked at me like was asking a dumb question and stared until l asked her again and then she said yeah and came back really quickly. My fault for trusting her. I get home and she just gave us plain ones instead. Poor attitude from the female staff there and lying to customers for an order they paid for is not OK. Won't...
